“This location is usually a 5/5 for me because of the great service and awesome products! My visit a few days ago was going well until it was time to checkout. My cashier's name was Salma. She was not very fiendly, so her attitude was surprising. She was short and impatient with me when I asked her about my hot cash coupon. In the past, the cashiers have taken their time to double-check if the hot cash on file is the same as the one I get in my e-mail. I still love this store, but was disappointed by this interaction.”

“I stopped by this Spender store when I was in Valencia mall with my wife. She went shopping at the other stores so I came into this Spencer store to look at their shirts. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and told me their deal of buy one and get one half off on the shirts. They had some cool shirts on display and other stuff but nothing stood out to me where I brought something. There wasn't a lot of other guest in the store so I believe it was just me.”

“I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.”

“Fantastic store with amazing employees. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by a young workers who welcomed me into the store. “I came in to pick up an online order and was greeted by friendly staff. I let them know the order was a gift and they offered to wrap in a cute gift bag and make it fluffy. I had a nice exchange with the employee who went above and beyond with her customer service. Highly recommend this store. It was a nice change from VS.”

“I recently had a bad experience with the Ventura store. And left a review. I came to the SCV store where I stay. Came in for an online return the lil girl said they do them but she doesn’t know how, then called a co-worker over to ask her she straight up lied and said they don’t do them. I told her online it says you do and she said well we’re different from our online store. And the other girl told her yeah we do take online returns they just don’t know how. So I said can I talk to the manger she said they weren’t there. So I asked when will they be and she said well the manager is new and doesn’t know how either. long story short none of these ppl know how to do an online return. Which is sad. I don’t blame them I blame upper management and corporate get your employees trained correctly so they can help your customers please.”
