The older women cashiers here are the most unfriendly in all the grocery stores nearby. Please retire them. They are unhappy and show disdain to customers who are not like them. A self check out or robot can do their job.
Two stars for not feeling crowded, keeping the AC on, and keeping the store relatively organized.

Dropped in quickly to Vons yesterday as I needed to buy many different arrangements of flowers as I was headed to the cemetery right after. Upon entering I noticed a lovely table set up and advertisements for City of Hope. Vons is offering root beer floats for $3.00 donations. This was led by one of our favorite employees Ayanna; she was helping to raise awareness explaining about City of Hope and their mission is to bring us closer to find cures to conquer cancer and diabetes! What a great way to collect donations for the devastating diseases! I did carry on with additional shopping than expected pick and had another awesome experience at the checking out with another 2 great employees: Phyllis she was simply great very friendly, the employees here are always professional! The fella bagging my items was super kind: Marcus and super professional too! I’m just amazed at the high standards carried out by these employees! Phyllis asked if I would like help out to my car and I did! Marcus immediately responded and wasted no time with assistance. It was very hot outside and the extra help out always comes in handy! Marcus unloaded all of my items carefully into the trunk! We wee met by Ryan who was also working hard collecting all the carts to bring back to the store! My goodness! My overall experience at this Vons location never ceases to amaze me! From the quality of the items offered to the immaculate cleanliness and quality of the different food choices offered and how they are beautifully arranged from aisle to aisle and the freshness of all their produce! Vons does not disappoint whatsoever! Not to mention the incredible customer service offered upon entering and exiting is always beyond expectations! Far above par! Thank you for another wonderful experience! To all employees, keep up the fantastic work, please know you are all appreciated! Highly recommend shopping here!

It is unbearably hot in this store and has been for the past 2 weeks to my knowledge it's impossible to shop with the heat. I will not be back to this location.

I was just at this Vons and I was helped by meat manager Nick and his team I was looking for a certain item and they were able to take care of me the team here at this Vons knows how to take care of there customers. Thank you again Nick

I stopped by this Vons store today to get my wife her flowers for her nursing ceremony and also to get a tide pen since I got a stain on my wife shirt. I found parking easily here since it's a big plaza. When I walked in, I saw where the flowers were but I had to walk around to find where the cleaning supplies were. The store is very organized and they have a lot of cashier station. I found the flower that I like and I also found the tide pen that I wanted.

I am unfamiliar with the area and did not know where to find certain things. I asked one of the cashiers his name was Michelle. Michelle was amazing knew exactly what aisle what I was looking for was. Exactly where it was located on the shelf and directed me accordingly! You don't find people like that very often anymore so I had to shout her praises out... thank you! Found exactly what I was looking for exactly where she said it it would be. I love that I saved so much time not wandering through the isles looking for things. So I just wanted to make sure that Vons knows that they have a 5 star employee! The store was very clean and the deli smelled really really good. I wish I had had time to check out the deli and see what their offerings were but I was running behind so I didn't get a chance to check that out, but I'm pretty sure it's A+! Michelle rocks!

Is this location closing. It seems like there is hardly anyone working there and one of the front doors is always locked. I hope they put a stater brothers at this location

Paul & I love Vons We love most of the staff that work there. As long as have been coming to the one in Stevenson Ranch for over 25yrs l know where everything is. The bakery has the best cakes, l have been ordering them since our daughter was little & now she is grown up l order them for friends birthdays or events.

They never have enough check outs open, no self check out and many times no express check out. Go here if you enjoy standing in lines, otherwise try Ralph's just down the street that also has self checkout!

This review is for Luke who provided me with great customer service when I needed help with my order pick up. On the Vons app be aware that the pick up time is not necessarily exact. I ordered for pick up at 5 PM, but after placing the order, it said it would be ready anywhere between 5 and 8 PM. I called the store since I would only be in the area to pick up the groceries at 5 and Luke was kind enough to help me and adjust the order time. My order was ready in time for pick up and quickly brought out to my car when I arrived. Thank you Luke for the great service!

Must be the worst run down supermarket in Santa Clarita Valley. Always dirty floors everywhere, always understaffed, broken refrigerators with melting ice cream and other frozen foods leaking everywhere. Dirty and always broken shopping carts. Even entrance doors are broken most of the time. This store is absolutely disgusting. Vons should be ashamed of itself. My family will not patronize this establishment any longer

Whoever it is the general manager at this store is on point everything that I needed was readily available labeled perfectly and that young blonde working that area I believe her name is Heather super polite and professional

Poor Customer Service from the male cashier working around 9:30pm. Was very rude and unfriendly. I also work in customer service but i don't make it a point to be rude to the customer intentionally and give dirty looks to them.
