Their system doesn't work. It took many days to be notified of my prescriptions long after the doctor's offiice sent them. So I had to call Vons almost every time before picking up. They blamed me for not using their app. So, I installed the app, but it ultimately didn't matter. For example, I requested my doctor's office send them a refilled order. The doctor's office notified me that the order was sent to Vons. After five days, I still haven't heard back from them. I had to call them to let them see my doctor's order on their online system. I am done with them.

Never a miss!! Every time I come to this pharmacy, there is always a customer who is ahead of me, has an issue with their prescription. It happens, I get it. Pharmacist should move them to another computer which they 3 more of to fix the issue while someone else can be helped instead of waiting 25-30 minutes even to get acknowledged. Poorly run pharmacy.

garage don't even bother. They don't care to call you about any of your missing prescriptions when it's a critical time to have them. Whatever your problem might be it's only gonna get worse because they don't notify you or have it at all. So many problems multiple times. Wish I could give a no star review. The so-called pharmacist are so unprofessional and so unhelpful they will have a better luck in their career working at McDonald's.

If I could give it NO stars I would. They never have my prescriptions on time, and between my doctor and this pharmacy communication is terrible. It has happened multiple times to me as well. I never had a problem with my doctors office, but when it comes to the vons pharmacy, nothing about it is good. The customer service is so terrible, and they never call or leave a voicemail either. They leave you to figure it out yourself. I have nothing nice to say about this place.

This location is always busy - they couldDefinitely use more help. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and all staff is so helpful and go above and beyond. So thankful and grateful for all of them

The worst Pharmacy if you are looking to get your prescription in a timely fashion. They input your phone incorrectly and then have the nerve call you to tell you if you don't pick up the prescription today that it would go back on the shelf. Their auto refilling is also a joke. I had been getting my monthly prenatal without a problem for over 6 months and then had an issue to auto refill for months after that (ie I had to tell them my OB gave them the prescription already).

VONS Grocery Store# 2030 25850 North The Old Road Valencia Ca YES!!! I would like to take this time give recognition to 2 fantastic employees: Ryan! and Michelle who is one of the store supervisors Thank you for all of your help! First time shopping at this location and I was immediately greeted by Ryan who has the biggest most beautiful smile ever! He was extremely friendly ( All smiles!) and incredibly knowledgeable and his bagging skills were perfect! Michelle she is very kind and patient! Not to mention super friendly! and Ryan! Is awesome at asking if I would like bags and bagging as he carefully packed my bags and made certain that everything went well! What a professional and pleasure to have had there today! This store is very clean, fully stocked and best affordable prices!!This is why I enjoy shopping at VONS! They definitely deserve 5 stars for being so happy kind,educated, grateful professional, proficient, and such well rounded employees who seem very eager to please customers! They are quick and efficient and definitely know what to offer These employees here are also ready to meet your needs and they work side by side as a team!This overwhelmingly positive customer review is because the service received was fantastic! We recently moved here from DTLA and not sure what is going on outside of LAC City. The shelves were neat and clean but lack anything exciting . Very small selection of Asian , Hispanic , Indian , and Vegan options. There bakery area had just your boring bread and rolls . This is the second market I have try and nothing really exciting or making another trip . I really want to pick a grocery store that will be one stop for us and I'm finding that it is next to impossible. Hope to see some more fun selection and variety .

Certainly didn't feel welcome there compared to the shoppers before me and after me in check out line, who were greeted and acknowledged by the cashier. Skipped right over me, i couldn't even tell when my transaction was over.
