Buyer Beware! Do not, under any circumstance , do business with this company. In February, 2023, I contracted with Luis Ruiz to make two molds and paid a deposit of $15,000 . He told me the molds would be ready in two weeks. I waited and waited To this date, December 10, I do not have my molds. One excuse after another! They do not answer the phone, text messages or emails. If and when they did, Luis was never available. On the infrequent occasions I finally spoke with him, the excuses were more elaborate than ever. I requested pictures of the work in progress . He agreed but the pictures were never sent, Finally, I requested he return my deposit! Weeks passed with blatant untruths of him insisting he mailed my deposit. They never arrived. One more month passed and he said he was re-issuing the checks again, even sending pictures.this time overnight by UPS. Again, they never came! Luis Ruiz almost put out of business to the tune of $100,000 in lost revenue. He only responds to threats of litigation. He is a fraud, con man and is pathologically dishonest. Valencia plastics owes my company $21,500 for a project that was promised to be completed in September 2022. Luis Ruiz, the owner made promises over and over that were not delivered upon, and now will not return calls or emails demanding for return of funds.

I have been working with ***************** at Valencia Plastics since the fall of 2015. I originally contacted this company to produce injection molds for some of my parts. I spent $28,500 for our initial molds and have had a couple of orders for production of those parts since then. My relationship relationship with **** (other than a couple of temp office staff members, he seems to be the only one working there) has been ***** from the start, but I could not afford to start over with another company. In August of 2022, I contacted him to make some modifications to my molds to make some of the parts work better. I was invoiced for these changes on 8/22/22 and wired the full amount due of $10,500 (as required by **** to begin work) on 8/23/22. Per the invoice, the \

I needed some 120mm lids quickly and this company came through for me. Great customer service and products from Valencia Plastics and special thanks to Luis for how quickly he handled my order. Same day! I feel very lucky to have found this company and they are local to me as well. But the response was truly amazing. Also competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

I paid them to run a mold in Dec 2021. It took them 8 months to come up with something that never worked. No communication over this period of time. I called no answer. I emailed no answer. They ended up delivering product to me that was damaged and unsellable with black marks all over the product, I had to throw it all away(thousands of units). They sent me more product and it was also defective and unsellable. We're a year into now and they have not honored or completed what they said they could or would. I transferred to a new manufacturer and they didn't give them all the pieces to my mold and tools after asking over and over for them to. I had to pay more to get my mold fixed and right tools to run my mold. They never return my phone calls, answer the phones or emails for a refund. But I ended finally getting a refund once threatened with my lawyer. Very bad customer service and it put my business in a very hard spot for almost a year. I never want to write a bad review on any company but I wish I would of read something like this to save me from all the lost time and money from trusting a company like this

This company is absolutely awful to deal with! They never meet a deadline and ignore nearly all efforts to contact. I have left daily messages on all extensions and numbers I have for the only 2 people I know of at the company and written emails to all contact as well with NO ANSWER. We paid the $10,500 UP FRONT within 2 days of invoicing to get them started on revisions to our molds with a delivery date of 9/26/22. It is now 11/9 and we STILL do not have an ETA on when our molds will be completed. They have given nothing but excuses when we do make contact and completely ignore our requests for progress updates or even pricing on our revised parts so that we can place an order for immediate production. We are starting the process of making formal complaints with any agency who will take them . If we get no action from that, we will be looking for an attorney In California to pursue legal action against them. They have brought our business to a standstill and are costing us money daily while we wait for parts we should have had last month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They are a great company that will assist and guide you from the beginning stages all the way to the final stages of assembly and packaging. I'm a start up company, and this company helped me out in designing my product, and they even found a company in China that can build my mold for 50% cost savings. When the mold was finished they helped me in bringing the plastic injection molding through the port of San Pedro, which being a resent college graduate I had no idea on how to do this with all the red tape that the US had with China. Once the mold arrived here in the United States, Valencia Plastics ran my first production order which I'm now selling my products on Amazon.I would like to say thank you to the team over at Valencia Plastics. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to develop a new plastic product.

Luis and Valencia Plastics delivered on what they promised. I needed a part molded that had a very aggressive deadline and they came through in flying colors. The product was molded to tight tolerances, on time, and professionally delivered. Could be more happy with this crew, I will be building additional products with them.

Spare yourself the headache and stay as far away from Valencia Plastics and its owner, Luis Ruiz, as you can. He will give you pricing quotes and tooling deadline times that he won't honor nor abide by just to get your business. Like all other mold makers, he requires 50% deposit to start the project. Once he gets that money, you can kiss it goodbye. He will give you nothing but endless delays and a long list of excuses. He's taken $44,125 of my money with no final products for me. He is not responding e-mails. He is screening and dodging my phone calls. How do I know? My calls get forwarded to his cellphone voicemail. But when I had a friend call with a number he doesn't recognize, he immediately calls back and asked if someone had called. I have numerous e-mails full of excuses (and seemingly lies) for the endless delays. E-mail where he highlighted himself that he will honor and fulfill his commitment to me. E-mail where he states he'll make me dozens of samples. And to this date, I only have 8 final sets of samples and no path to production. When you have people like Luis Ruiz lying to you about production unit cost and tooling time to get you to deposit 50% payment and then failing to come through as he promises, it's no wonder manufacturing is moving overseas. If you want to give your project/product a real chance of being made, in a timely manner and at the cost that you were quoted from the beginning, DO NOT come here. Spare yourself the hassle. Learn from my mistake. Luis, the last thing I wanted was to leave you a negative review. I would've loved that you make good on your words and finally produce my product like you said you would. But since you've taken my money and won't return my e-mails or phone calls... you've left me no other option but to warn people about how you operate.

I don't write reviews much but this place is worth writing one for. I had another company produce 3,000 units for a client of mine, all made with a slight but visible defect. Luis helped me and was able to come up with a way to fix the defect and gave me a decent price for a last minute order. I've decided to switch companies for some of my long term and short term accounts.
