Raff's reputation precedes him and is well corroborated by every one he helps. We had a massive breakdown 400 miles from home and he kindly interrupted his lunch break to assist us and did the best work possible to get us the best repair. Thank you Raff.

No stray away!!! Joe was super nice at fist & we were so excited we finally found a place we thought was honest had great customer service & boy did the truth come out. I use to drive a school bus for a living, Im extremely capable and knowledgeable driving my RV. We rent our RV out. Thank goodness we had a video of the last person that just dropped the RV off. We then took it to Magic auto to replace the brakes and get a safety check. Joe was a guy that help to me. They fixed everything on it that need to be fixed. I had to follow my husband to drop him off to pick up the RV. Joe back up the RV gave my husband the keys & Off we went back home as I’m driving I noticed a red scuff mark on the back bumper, we get home I go straight to it and the bumper has been hit and was cracked. We took pictures we took videos we sent them to Joe right away. No response we called on Monday he told my husband that he did a walk-through with the RV with me and I told him I did that. Oh no he didn’t!!!!! My husband called me we called Joe and a three way phone conversation. I also recorded the conversation and asked him what are you talking about we did not do a walk-through I did not tell you I did that as I know how to drive my RV and literally came straight from our home and dropped it off to you. If we did a walk-through then where is your proof of the damages that were on the RV in your computer. He had us hold to check the computer and then realized. He didn’t do a walk-through and apologized and said he would contact his boss Moe and get back to us. We sent videos and pictures again & Did not hear back I sent emails daily and was not getting any response. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I called today and asked to speak to the owner was told to hold on and then Joe comes on the phone I asked him why he didn’t respond to my emails he said it wasn’t his business it was his bosses business. I was like you still could’ve responded. He then informed me that the owner is not going to pay for the damages. We are on complete shock!!! I’m on the middle of dealing with health issues & the last thing we need is this, we are honest people & never write reviews. But this needs to be shared. I’m a Business owner & a good business owner tries to make things right with the consumer, whether you feel you are wrong or not. It’s been two weeks and I’ve heard nothing from them.!!! Until I called today. They just don’t care at all & made no attempts to work with us communicate with us or make it right at all!!!

I went to the wrong place to get my smog test done and the woman who worked there (but didnt look like it) popped out of nowhere and asked me if i was Trevor. When i said i wasnt she seemed upset. She pretended i was at the right place and tried to overcharge me. Her tone condecending and she gave me and the person i was with nasty looks. I left immediately. Boo

I brought my sister NC Subaru here to fix so it could pass emissions. Raffi did a great job and far less than other shops. I feel he is honest and a true mechanic.

I brought my Chevy in with a coolant leak just after lunch.They had the car ready before the close of business, the same day.The price was less than I expected, and was definitely way less than what the dealer would have charged.They are honest and professional - I will definitely come to see them again with my auto repair needs.

This auto clinic went the extra mile for me when I needed to pass smog. I have an older 1988 Acura Legend which didn't have a problem passing smog but had a panel indicator light problem that would have prevented me from getting my smog certification. They were able to fix by removing the panel and adding a little soldering to fix the break in the circuit for me that was keeping the indicator light from working properly. I was really appreciative that they didn't tell me I had to buy a whole new indicator panel which would have been costly for me, especially with such an older vehicle.
