I have ordered uniforms through uniformstore.com for 8 of the past 9 years. This year something went really bad, I paid 21,000 for a 14 team order on Nov 1, and here I am on March 22, and they will not respond to me. This company has robbed 21,000 from the children within my program. This is beyond your wildest imagination. Please do not purchase through this company.

Easily the worst shopping experience I have had in 20 plus years of buying custom products. Rebecca never answers her phone, or returns emails - let alone follows through with anything. Ken will gladly take your money- but then ignore you when there are issues. I was lied to twice, given a BS promise date -and asked for a week to speak to the owner. I am still waiting to hear back. The only way I got a response about my order is from going on the online chat and pretending to be a new customer! I never got a call from the owner, and only after I posted I review on FB did someone call me - who was blown away by the terrible service etc. 1. The order has one set of uniforms with two teams name on it! 2. Another team has the wrong color even though we provided designs and samples and worst: 3. They forgot to order the hats, didn't tell us then lied and tried to blame Pacific who is very reliable and doesn't take 7 weeks for hats-especially when the hats are repeats; we had them designed last year and were just ordering more! BUYER BEWARE

The staff at Uniform Store simply couldn't be any more pleasant and helpful. Truly a breath of fresh air. If you need uniforms for your team, consider going here first. I chose to give them my business because of the personal touch and care they showed since the first call along with nailing it on our designs and great prices. Very happy with the quality and communication. Keep up the great work guys!

We had a visit from a youth group from San Diego and organized a basketball game. We got our uniforms from these great people. I have to thank them for we got our uniforms at a very fair price. The uniforms are also of very high quality. Thanks guys nice work you do.....
