I have worked with TSI Digital Media & CD Manufacturing several times now, and I have been extremely impressed with the quality, customer support, and the turn around times for CD Manufacturing. I had them manufacture a second run of my album Trillium and the process with them was easy, great communication. They were better quality from TSI !I had purchased a run of my album Fire in the Rainstorm from another CD Manufacturer in the past, and they made so many mistakes - like they sent my order of a 1000 albums, 500 of them were not shrink-wrapped. ( I only asked for 200 of them to be not shrink-wrapped). Lucky for me, I gave some of the un-shrink-wrapped ones for promotional uses, but I still had a few that I needed to have shrink-wrapped for sales. When I contacted TSI - they told me they could help me! THAT is customer service. SO so grateful!I am a customer with TSI for life. Thanks 100%!
