We closed our home in November of 2021. We still do not have the garage door that we've paid for. Not only are they NOT responsive, they've provided multiple unreliable estimates (we were told Dec/Jan at first, then end of Apr, now Aug...), AND they are NOT apologetic at all - in fact, it was repeated, repeatedly, that this is NOT their fault. While I know for a fact, per our builder, that as of not too long ago they didn't even realize we were still missing the proper door b/c they thought we've got it already - WRONG! Oh and guess what folks, this is neither their nor the builder's fault, it's Covid's fault! The builder blames the installer, the installer blames the manufacturer and Covid. As a home buyer, I'm not sure how many more layers this blame game goes on for. More importantly, I'm not sure how any of this helps when there's clearly an upset customer on the other line (only the ultimate buyer here, nbd...), yet the focus is on trying to argue whose fault it is that you can't do your job on time.... Sometimes one may not have a choice, but when you do, do NOT risk your hard earned money with an organization who doesn't give a sh*t about you! And if you do end up having to work with them, I hope at least everything goes as planned, b/c if it doesn't, good luck....

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! This company is completely disorganized and dishonest. They wasted months of our time and we got nothing out of it. Wish I could give them 0 stars. TerribleTeam was referred to us by the company that was replacing our roof. We met with Ronnie to discuss replacing our gutters too. Our job included a custom curved gutter piece to hang over our front door. We explicitly talked about this with Ronnie in our first meeting. He gave us a quote and we agreed to proceed after our roof was completed.First off, TruTeam was extremely slow to schedule us -- took about a month to get an actual installation date. Then when they finally showed up, they arrived *without* the custom piece so they couldn't do the job at all. Turned out, no one had bothered to come by to measure for the custom piece, so the install guys finally measured that day. They told us they would order the piece and we had to wait for it to be constructed. Another 3 WEEKS passed... and when we checked in to ask where the piece was, they admitted they completely LIED to us, and did not order the custom piece at all. Plus, they gave us a quote for an additional $1000 for the piece, claiming that it was not included in the original quote even though we were told it was. So I'VE FIRED THEM! Enough is enough. We are now going to start again from scratch with a totally new gutter company. Hopefully, a more organized, honest one that will give us a proper quote and not j*** us around like TruTeam did. Unless you want to waste a lot of your own time and *not* get your job done, avoid TruTeam. Don't make the same mistake we did!(Also, FYI: My roofing company says TruTeam has also been jerking around some of their other clients, so apparently we're not the only ones... Consider yourself warned.)

TruTeam is the national leader in installing insulation. Though I was there to interview for an open position, they seem very customer focused and pride themselves on quality
