Karen Mae was so kind and compassionate last night when she did my MRI. I told her that during my last MRI a couple months ago, I had my first ever panic attack, and I could not finish the scan. Karen went out of her way to calm all my fears and help me finish the scan this time! Thank you to Karen!

found the staff to be very pleasant & friendly, in and out fairly quicklyheard 1 office person being very patient with a customer on the phone,who was not understanding the answer

I’m glad they have appointment times for MRI’s as early as 6AM. I didn’t have to take time off from work to get mine done.

Very good unorganized. This the second time I scheduled an appointment. And they don’t have it in their systems. No notes left behind or why appt scheduled appt do t show up in their system.

Another lousy visit, I did not want to do.Hello again. Unfortunately I have to come here regularly to get these scans. The people here hate their job or life. Not sure. But they are the most unfriendly people you can deal with. I already have a problem that I need to be here to deal with. And you people are nasty, unkind and uninviting. The employees choose to be there. Yet put on the appearance they hate it. Many wonderful kind people would do this job amazing. Train your people or hire new. Honestly it’s the worst medical facility in Santa Clarita that I have been to. I love Santa Clarita. It’s a shame KP sends us to this DUNGEON.Worst place ever. Zero customer service. Rude staff. Slow. No respect. No urgency. I do not recommend this place to my enemy. Good luck getting them to even schedule you an appointment. Do not ever expect a call back. They don’t call you back. It’s like they try not to help you as much as they can.

This place sucks! My appt was @ 1pm got here @ 12:15. Wasn't called in until 1:35pm. THEN, their MRI machine DOES NOT accomodate larger patients! The nurse had already placed the IV in my hand before realizing this. Sooo, i was unable to get my MRI done. The nurse was very apologetic and tried referring a imaging place in Pasadena, Ca that could accomodate me.

A teenage male was at the window, took an extensive amount of time with the person in front of me. When it was my turn he never made eye contact. After a prolonged awkward silence without looking up he says can he help me. I assumed he was talking to me. Finally when we got past the anal check in he tells me I'm 10 minutes late and have to reschedule and that it's going to be a while before they have another appointment. I said that I have been in the office for 10 minutes and I didn't hear anyone calling for me. He was anal and could care less and no consideration for his poor check in ethics. The 3 adult women behind him kept their head down like they didn't hear anything as he kept looking back like he didn't know what to do with me. I was like never mind, the service is horrible! I'll get my mammogram at a different location. Meanwhile there are 5 or 6 people waiting to be seen but ironically while I'm waiting to check in I missed my check in time. That doesn't make sense, I guess they all showed up early and waiting on their appointments, yeah right!

The parking is a nightmare. You can come 20Or 30 minutes earlier and lost appointment because is not place to park. Very stressful

Bad service ever. I told them 2 times my insurance need a little bit more time to get approvals of MRI. They just said they will work on it. After one month waiting for the appointments, they called me last minute that my insurance didn’t approve it and I need to reschedule my appointment. I checked with my insurance two days before my appointment they said no one summit any request to them. I think they just sent the request the day before my appointment. They are really irresponsible. They waste my time.

So twice visiting here in two weeks... an ultra sound and a CT scan..... each time I was greeted warmly and attended to quickly. Each tech was kind and gentle and efficient. My doctors got what they needed from the imaging without have to do any do-overs. Because my case needed stat reports they were able to squeeze me in immediately. Also, since it was so fast they were unable to get pre-authorization from my insurance and they asked for a 300.00 deposit that would be returned to me once Ins. was confirmed. I complied. We will see what the return process looks like later. I'll also add that I appreciated all the health conscienceness there. Everyone was wearing masks, and all patients needed to wear masks also and provided hand sanitizer everywhere.
