If I could give -1000 stars I will…This is the worse company's to get supplies for your loved ones. Please do not get b supplies for them. Do not experience the headaches they have giving me. They have many unprofessional people working there only for their paycheck. They do not care. We the people with different disabilities also deserve respect and understanding. they don’t even notifiy you that a needed denial letter is needed and i had to find out about it when asking tabout the delayed delivery.now we are out of supplies because of their inaction.i will try to remember i need to do that next year but you would think they could at least send a notice instead of just letting it expire

Shield Healthcare ships the medical supplies on time but they almost always send us not enough supplies. They will need to check if there are enough supplies before placing the order. That what needs to be improved.

They provide supplies for my son. They are VERY friendly and made it very easy. They followed up and sent a sample for my doubts. Packages arrived very fast. I truly like their customer service!

Skip 1 month entirely supplies. I have no supply entire month. Did not renew the supplies. When I notified Shield Health Care 3 months in advance with the Doctor on the phone talked to the Representative. I don't want to say her name. She promised with the Doctor & me on the phone that she will renew but she never did. Taking too long of everything either renew supplies & on the phone customer service line.Shield H/C got authorized & Approval from the insurance company such of amount. Then Shield H/C billed the insurance company such of amount. But Shield H/C ships to patients short amount. Shield H/C steals patients' amount. But Shield H/C billed insurance more. It's a evidence with another company do incontinent supplies delivery with the same authorization & Approval & the same such amount. But the patients got more amount (got more quantity ( more items)).

They took excellent care of a family member. Their nurses and doctors kept us informed and made every attempt to assist us in answering questions or helping our family member. Really top notch people.

I have no Idea how they work or how good the Doctors or service is. All I know is that after 4 attempts to contact the facility and being on hold for over 15 minutes without any reply, I how terrible the contact support is.
