My mom went here looking for advice on perfum fee days ago. and helpfor make up she met this red hair girl who she said was helpful at first but answers her rudely and sarcastically after asking so many questions..I was not with my mom in Kohls shopping but we always felt safe shopping at kohls as we have been since 2013 so i let her in sephora. My mom is 80 years old!!! And to my mom it was normal but this girl raised her voice on my mom trying to smell something from her hand!!! She's 80!!!! Shes old and having a hard time communicating sometimes. Kohls shoukd train more in customer service if there employees are like this.

Unwilling to help with my return even though it showed up on my Sephora account. Evidently they are separate from Sephora, they are KOHLS. I'll be taking my business exclusively to a Sephora that cares about their customers.

Gabriel, who claims to be a store manager, is rude and verbally abusive. Kohl’s needs to reevaluate their vetting process, because someone like him should not be working in the customer service industry let alone hold a management position. I was verbally abused by him and it is because of this incident that I will no longer be shopping at Kohl’s. You have lost a once loyal customer because of a careless and downright aggressive and mean employee.
