My parents and I are first time home buyers and we couldn't have done it without Dan Felico's help and expertise. We closed escrow in a month and got the keys on December 7, 2022. Where do I start..We started our home buying process with someone else, who basically didn't do anything for us. We were referred to Dan by our realtor and I'm so happy we worked with him. From the beginning he communicated everything with us never left us in the dark about our home loan process. My wife and I were first time home buyers, who had been pre-qualified for a home loan. We had lots of questions at the beginning of the process and unfortunately were not getting timely responses or required information from the person assigned to assist with the purchase. Our Redfin Agent recommended Dan Felico - SelectPlus Lending. From our initial call with Dan, we were so impressed with the level of detail he provided as well as professionalism. Dan guided us through all different options we would in terms of financing. He clearly outlined all the supporting documents we would needed to provide for the lender. He secured an FHA Loan for us which ultimately gave us the best deal, making owning a home a reality. Whilst this was a business transaction, we always felt that Dan had our best interests at heart. He always returned our calls and responded to every text or email sent. We closed Escrow last week. Dan is the best! We were originally going with another place to get a home loan, but they couldn't get us what we needed and it seemed very impersonal. Not so with Dan. We were referred to him by a family member who had such a great experience, they told us we had to go through him. The process of getting a home loan can seem formidable, but with Dan it's easy and stress free. He keeps in constant contact with you so you always know where you're at. Even when I had questions about the home buying process outside of the loan, he was always there with a quick response and to help set you at ease. He even helped me find a great home insurance policy when the ones I shopped came back too high. Go with Dan for all your loan needs, you won't regret it!!
