I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.

Arrived at 10:54 PM to have a 1 item return and an asian lady with curly hair and glasses wouldn't open the door and told me they were closed and gave me her back. Very unprofessional and against company policy. Will never shop at this location again.

Excellent variety of different stuff at discount prices. They could work a little bit more on keeping the store bit cleaner but overall we had a very good experience

Very deceptive practices they advertise a sale and you expect one price and get shocked at the register by the price I don't appreciate the fake sales and I will not shop here again !

This is the best Ross store I’ve ever been to. Everything is clean and organized. There is an abundant amount of merchandise which makes the treasure hunt even more fun.

despite not having a receipt they still let me return some items I previously purchased giving me back store merchandise credit so i was able to go shop for a few things I needed at the same time so I give them a solid five star rating for sure ...

Sometimes you find things and most of the time you won't at this location. I feel like since it's centrally located it's usually already picked over and the selection is slim pickings unlike other Ross' I've been too. But when I do find something I make sure to get it as everything is priced pretty good here especially when it's name brand on the higher end. Service is usually good here as well, though good luck finding an employee on the floor for help as I haven't seen one yet.
