I was a walk-in customer, but the people at RG made my job a priority on a Saturday morning, made sure the parts needed to be replaced were available, and finished the work in just a couple hours. I even had time to get some lunch while they did all the work! Other place like the dealer would just tell me to come back on Monday. Great customer service at RG!

Very shady shop. Walked in and got immediatly insulted. Try and get new tires just for them to try and nickel and dime me after insulting me.

I was passing through Valencia on my way to an Angels game from Bakersfield with my family. Coming down the Grapevine my transfer case completely failed with ABS lights, audio warning and parking brake light. Travis and his team absolutely hooked me up and got me going in a rental car to get to my destination. Within 24 hours I had my truck back with a new, upgraded transfer case and a large quantity of invaluable information about my truck. I have never met anyone more knowledgeable, considerate and hard working than Travis. Thank you all so much for getting my family back on the road.

Spent around 4k to fix many things on my jeep wrangler and they returned my car back with the loudest noise. I couldn't believe it. They claimed the rust and nails caused this problem and that it was going to happen regardless. I fought as hard as I could and they still wanted me to pay to fix the new noise on my car that THEY did. So now I'm stuck with a noisy 2016 jeep that sounds like 97 hoopty.

Stripped every single one of my wheels studs on the front of my 07 tundra. Last shop to have the front wheels off. Screw them on by hand and torque them….dont just drill them on with an impact, Jesus Christ

Do not go here if you own a foreign car. You will regret it! They have no idea what they’re doing regarding computer systems and over quote on breaks. Stay away !!!

BUYER BEWARE!! Shame on you for deceitful practices!! Went in with brake pad replacement and quoted replacement for caliper/rotors/pads $4200. Sales pitch of truthful and transparent service made me sceptical!! Took my car to reputable brake company to find front pad and rotors only would be necessary and happily paid $500. Other reviews highlight same practice in recent months!! Gauging and insisting on excessive work requirements is deceptive and misleading and unfair!! Salespeople stressing truth and transparency is your con!! Unnecessary repairs lost your business credibility . BUYERS BEWARE

This place has taken an unfortunate turn from when Rick owned it. Scenario - 3year old Toyota 47K milesToyota stated new front brakes ( at 3) and brake fluid change. Called RG was quoted expected costs but would need a brake inspection which is $50 but waived if do the repairs. They proceed to call stating $3400 and we needed new brakes front and back (per Toyota they were at 6). Stated need new rotors unable to resurface (Toyota states they can). RG wanted to replace Calipers, i never have had to replace on a car. RG stated an oil change, Rick never touched an engine (Toyota just did the oil change last week). RG suggested transmission fluid change which Toyota doesn't recommend, especially this soon. They thought they would show me some brake pad and rotors like i know what they look like. Who said they actually came off his car. Really??? My mechanical brother laughed at all they wanted to do. It is unfortunate as the whole family used to go there.
