I had Kaiser for many years before I changed providers. I came back to Kaiser in 2020. By far I've had a wonderful experience with my OB Leslie H. Fung. When I came to her I had told her about my pregnancy losses and she went above and beyond. I'm she made sure I had the best care during my whole term. She heard me when I expressed my concerns to her. I would see her very often and each time I would get an ultrasound of my baby. She also made sure I had an extra Doctor in case she wasn't Available. 2021 I had her again and she was still incredibly. She made sure my baby was doing well. I give her 5 stars for sure. Now I did had a bad experience with 2 OB's Sylvia Mann, definitely do not recommend her. She was very cold and when she came into the room she rushed in not giving me time to change into the gown . I have half in dressed when she came in and when she walked out she left my room door OPEN! Never went back to her. The next OB I will never go back too is Sarah Morocco. She was to pushy with the flu shots and covid. I'm told her I had a bad reaction to the flu shot and she still kept trying to push the damn flu shot on me. When I told her I didn't feel comfortable getting the Covid shot yet because I was pregnant she started pushing that too. Don't get me wrong I was for it but I personally did not want to be pregnant. I did tell her I was planning to get the Covid shot after my pregnancy was over. If anyone of looking for an Ob that listen to your birthing plan and you just want a great experience. I highly recommend Leslie Fung.

Dr. Mariam Assaad is just so great. Friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, caring and takes her time. Also to mention her positive attitude. So happy I have her as my pcp.

I had an operation at Kaiser Panorama. I went to Kaiser Santa Clarita for a post op appointment with Dr. Fullerton, an OB-GYN surgeon. She is the best! I wish all doctors were as caring and had her bedside manner. She is excellent!

No wonder Kaiser has such bad reviews...the way their system and operations run is awful. They cut corners for healthcare to save money and hire doctors that don't care to get their 'perks' for saving money. This is why I have had awful experiences at Kaiser. Sylvia Mann MD OBGYN for one. I heard not to go see her and should of listened to my business partners. She is one cold uncaring person. Only pretends to care. I am so glad I go the Valencia Women's Health now because my work changed insurance companies.

I like the environment. Friendly staff. Newer facilities. A lot of space. Easy parking. Many considerate and caring doctors and nurses. They spend plenty of time with me. They even care the cost of services. However there are some nurses in the specialty department such as orthopedic and podiatry department can be unhelpful at times,and spend quite a bit time chatting. Just wondering if Socal Kaiser can hire more people to work at call center or appointment center or maybe uses AI. Recently, during the Post pandemic the waiting time on the phone or call back time is often 3+ hours. Not sure If I want to spend that much life time on the phone and simply waiting.

This review is for Dr. Alvarez-Galoosian in the Internal Medicine Department. I saw Dr. Alvarez one year ago and she was so kind and thorough with my same day appointment needs. She was patient and kind and listened to my issues regarding my medical issue. She had blood tests done immediately and had me wait for the results while she contacted an ENT doctor to discuss my issues. My blood work was done so fast (thank you Kaiser Lab!!). Afterwards Dr. Alvarez discussed my results with me in a thorough and easy to understand manner. I just recently saw Dr. Alvarez for a general physical and again she was professional, kind and very thorough. Dr. Alvarez is an absolute asset to Kaiser and I'm so glad she is my doctor!! Keep up the great work , Kaiser!!

My wife Kary Lepre was dying from stage 4 brain cancer and Kaiser Santa Clarita was very rude to her knowing she lost all her hair forced her to take her cap off and embarrassed her in front of everyone. Our family is traumatized for life because of the way Kary was abuse by Kaiser

Update- they NEVER called me to discuss despite me filing formal complaints in 2 places. I also just got a letter explaining how the doctor did nothing wrong by not allowing me to reply to her email. Once again- they don't read the concerns. MY ISSUE IS THE LACK OF EMPATHY and CARE from the doctors. Not surprised at all I'll still have to pursue this issue with them.

Horrible service. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Wait times are usually over 2 hours and then 1 hour for the pharmacy. Can't wait to switch and get away from Kaiser.

Kaiser is useless. Every time on the phone is just a runaround talking to robots. It litterally feels like they want to make everything difficult as possible so you don't use their services.

The wait time for services is unbelievable. Waited over a month for cortisone injection when my wife had level ten pain the entire time. Tried to get relief at ER. Told to take more Tramadol. Still don't have appointment for surgery; waiting two weeks for call to schedule. Primary care doctor didn't believe she was in pain for at least two months, it started in January. She was more concerned about minor anemia, messed up priorities.

I just tried to call Kaiser because I got a new job and one of the options for health insurance in Kaiser. I had a lot of questions. Got transferred 3 times, with the last person I spoke with (sales) actually hanging up on me. I can't tell you about the services they provide but I know I'll never sign up with a company that treats their future patients so poorly.
