I've seen all three doctors in the past and today was one of our best experiences. I called this morning and explained that my dog was serious injured and hurt. They were able to make an appointment for us to come later in the day. We got there and the front desk staff were super helpful with getting background info on my pup. We saw Dr. H today for the first time. He was so gentle and kind with our scared pup. He was able to evaluate her and come up with a treatment plan to get her to start feeling better. He explained everything he was doing during our exam and was clear. My pup is now at home and resting on her way to recovery thanks to Dr. H.

I also watched someone with a disability swish their hand in the iced tea, I reported it and jerry came out to clean/replace the tea! Great experience.

Only negative thing I have for Lazy Dog is the time for you to actually start eating it doesn't matter if its dine in or take out its always the issue I have the wait time. For pick up order time, its never accurate. So if you're looking to pick up expect an additional thirty to forty five more minutes on top of whatever time you're told your order will be ready.
