I took my Tesla in for repairs, and I can't emphasize enough the attention to detail they provide from the moment you set the appointment to when you pick up your vehicle. Greg Patterson is exceptional—he genuinely cares about his customers and is incredibly knowledgeable. I was so impressed that I brought my second vehicle in for them to work on, confident in the quality of their work. It's rare to say this, but you almost look forward to bringing your car there. The best part is Greg personally calls to keep you updated at each stage of the process, providing time frames for completion. I can't recommend this place enough—it's one of the few remaining shops that truly cares about customer service.

I highly Recommend Patterson's Collision Center. I took my Tesla for some issues I was having to Gordon at PCC and they fixed my problem right away. The process was smooth and quick from when I dropped my car to when I picked it back up. I have had issues of integrity with the sales service people of Tesla and do not trust them at all. Gordon actually helped me not spend more than I had to on the issues. I will be bringing my Tesla here for future repairs and will be using this auto body shop in the future from now on. I will also be highly recommending them to everyone I know. If you want a honest auto body shop that does great work in a timely manner and is Tesla certified bring your Tesla to Pattersons.

Patterson's Collision Center has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We didn't have to wait long to meet our service rep, Gordon. He gave us a fair and detailed estimate after examining the damage on our vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner and communication updates were sent advising us of their progress. The end results were perfect with an impeccable paint match.

I have had 3 cars repaired by Paterson's. Each time the work was excellent. I highly recommend if you have any minor to major body repairs, take your car to Patterson's.

Gordon was absolutely amazing and the repairs look great! He kept us in the loop through the entire process and is very familiar with the insurance claims process. I hope we never have another not-at-fault accident, but if we do, Patterson has earned our repeat business. Thank you very much Gordon!

Really appreciate working with this collision center. I had an issue with some thing they had put on for me that kept popping off at no-fault to their own. Gordon has gone out of his way to help me both times with it for which I really appreciate I've seen the work they've done on other vehicles as well it's stellar! I highly recommend this location in Santa Clarita. You won't be sorry you went here -fair prices and craftsman work!

I wish i can give ZERO STARS!! PLEASE READ BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT BRINGING YOUR TESLA HERE!!! First of all i explained everything to the owner "GREG" on what was wrong with the car. I'm assuming he didn't pay attention since he only fixed what he saw not what i explained. For example my blower motor is making an awful sound and never replaced it. As a matter a fact here's what he never fixed which SOME PARTS WERE ALREADY PAID FOR BY MY INSURANCE. 1) my passenger repeater camera 2) wheel cracked 3) blower motor 4) my PTC heater. Also still managed to break my front camera which he offered to take out of my deductible which i guess is ok, maybe they should be more careful though. GREG seems like he doesn't care about the customer he cares about making money. After battling with Greg for weeks on when the part will get here he kept saying "another week" every week. I decided to call it quits and take my car to a better body shop and my insurance kindly asked them to give me the money for the parts that were never fixed and they didn't want too. Greg mentioned that he'll try his best to give me the money back but i highly doubt he will since the parts he doesn't even have or have even shipped cant be "returned". Yall are so crooked !!!Save your self the time and energy and TAKE IT TO A REAL BODYSHOP PLEASE. Also they took my car to by far the worst possible shop to even do my wrap looks like they hired someone off the streets with no experience. Also there paint job is TERRIBLE. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS. THIS IS A TERRIBLE SHOP TO DEAL WITH. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP. GORDAN ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Talk to Greg THE SIDE CAMERA IS STILL THE ONE I HAD THATS BROKEN WITH SAME WRAP ON IT, WHAT A JOKE. secondly my insurance never denied my claim for my wheel as a matter a fact it's already being replace BY GEICO. Also I TOLD GREG ABOUT THE BLOWER MOTOR SO MANY TIMES. ALSO YOU GUYS DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE MY UNDER SHEILD.
