Gordon was absolutely amazing and the repairs look great! He kept us in the loop through the entire process and is very familiar with the insurance claims process. I hope we never have another not-at-fault accident, but if we do, Patterson has earned our repeat business. Thank you very much Gordon!

Really appreciate working with this collision center. I had an issue with some thing they had put on for me that kept popping off at no-fault to their own. Gordon has gone out of his way to help me both times with it for which I really appreciate I've seen the work they've done on other vehicles as well it's stellar! I highly recommend this location in Santa Clarita. You won't be sorry you went here -fair prices and craftsman work!

I wish i can give ZERO STARS!! PLEASE READ BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT BRINGING YOUR TESLA HERE!!! First of all i explained everything to the owner "GREG" on what was wrong with the car. I'm assuming he didn't pay attention since he only fixed what he saw not what i explained. For example my blower motor is making an awful sound and never replaced it. As a matter a fact here's what he never fixed which SOME PARTS WERE ALREADY PAID FOR BY MY INSURANCE. 1) my passenger repeater camera 2) wheel cracked 3) blower motor 4) my PTC heater. Also still managed to break my front camera which he offered to take out of my deductible which i guess is ok, maybe they should be more careful though. GREG seems like he doesn't care about the customer he cares about making money. After battling with Greg for weeks on when the part will get here he kept saying "another week" every week. I decided to call it quits and take my car to a better body shop and my insurance kindly asked them to give me the money for the parts that were never fixed and they didn't want too. Greg mentioned that he'll try his best to give me the money back but i highly doubt he will since the parts he doesn't even have or have even shipped cant be "returned". Yall are so crooked !!!Save your self the time and energy and TAKE IT TO A REAL BODYSHOP PLEASE. Also they took my car to by far the worst possible shop to even do my wrap looks like they hired someone off the streets with no experience. Also there paint job is TERRIBLE. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS. THIS IS A TERRIBLE SHOP TO DEAL WITH. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP. GORDAN ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Talk to Greg THE SIDE CAMERA IS STILL THE ONE I HAD THATS BROKEN WITH SAME WRAP ON IT, WHAT A JOKE. secondly my insurance never denied my claim for my wheel as a matter a fact it's already being replace BY GEICO. Also I TOLD GREG ABOUT THE BLOWER MOTOR SO MANY TIMES. ALSO YOU GUYS DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE MY UNDER SHEILD.

Unfortunately, only a month after buying this car, a 16 year old decided to pull out in front of me. I had the car repaired at Pattersons and they did outstanding. You can’t even tell anything happened and the car looks better than when I bought it. Gordon went above and beyond for me and as a car enthusiast, that is deeply appreciated. My G37 is the IPL model so parts are difficult to get, so repairs took a little longer than expected, but that is not Pattersons fault. Thank you Pattersons!Services: Painting

I highly recommend Patterson's. From the moment we dropped off our vehicle until we picked it up, the process was seamless and fast. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Gordon was our service advisor, and he did an exceptional job communicating throughout the repairs. I am very happy with their work. My car was restored to brand new condition and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car. I truly appreciate the hard work, especially in this weather. I'm happy to have my car back. It looks beautiful!

Dear reviewers, please read before you made any decision to do any business with Pattersons collision center , especially the owner/ Gregg On August 7,2023, Chris, staff of (PCC) arranged to transport my Tesla from city of Alhambra to Patterson's Collision Center at city of Valencia. It costed total of $1211.72 Around 4:45 pm, After I got a notice from my car that my car already in this property and called, that's no one answer, and/or no room to leave a message. So I emailed to them stat and required a response, but nothing happened On August 8, 2023, right after the business hour operation, I called again and again , finally someone answered and said didn't receive my car! After about 20 minutes, Gregg came on and said the car is here but the towing company didn't leave the car key. And very rude said it's not his responsibility to find the car key. If I don't like his answer and take my car away Afterwards, no matter how to beg him since I had already paid $1211.72 to the towing company and begged him to continue checking the car. He was so malicious. Disruptive and unprofessional and hung off the phone On August 8,2023 around 1:30 pm, we had to base on his system to find even where my car parked The system indicated Gregg received my car and the car key when the towing company transported to him on August 7, 2023. it witnessed by the front desk staff and one of the appraisers I kindly asked him to compensate my loss of $1211.72 , but he just ignored This company is not just unprofessional, and dishonest but also malicious because they knew Tesla services are very limited I will give them no stars and asking you also be very careful to make movements
