I love this place. What brought me here is that it's open late which is great for a night owl like me. Their menu is clear, selection well stocked, staff is super helpful and friendly but not overly friendly which i appreciate (you know when sometimes places are like too ??? and it's just like omg shut up and ring me up plz). For being SC, the prices are fair. Bonus: I find new vapes here before any where else.... Check the picture I got this thing in August...it's December and still going strong. It has a digital screen that tells u the battery life and juice level plus it has this boost option that's just great. I've been asking around and they are still the only place that stocks it.Pyne pod....get it at ideal culture. 35$ if I recall correctly but 100% worth the investment.

Ideal culture is a gem on Eagle Rock,and don't see how the Asian worker is spoken I'll of? He's super friendly and goes out of his way to answer any queations.I don't see this employ going from super nice to dreadful..So please experience the shop for yourself and I'm sure you'll get the ideal experience I did..:)

I really like the staff and the shop itself and the location is amazing it's right in the center of town everything's close by.The prices are horrible and the selection for vape stuff is pretty limited.All in all I'd say if you're willing to spend more and you're not too picky on what you're looking for this is an okay place to shop.

They have a chuck Norris poster and have good vape selection for disposables. Emily is a solid worker and helps me with everything i need. It's a friendly and nice environment.

Im not in the valencia area often so I don't know the smoke shop scene. Found this place on yelp and decided to check them out despite the previous 1 star review. The shop itself is really nice and clean, probably opened in the last year. Vapes here are very overpriced though. $16 for a bang xl that costs between $9-11 at every other smoke shop. All the other vapes were marked up by at least 50% as well. The girl working the counter was very nice however and allowed me to test the product before I left the store. In all I can possibly see myself coming back if I'm in a pinch.

please do not support this fly by night Vape store in Valencia. Trying to return an expensive, unused product, with a receipt. The sales man had to call the owner, Jessica, who refused to give us our money back. They are very uneducated when it comes to the products they sell, and their lack of professionalism and poor customer service is awPlease do not support this business. I wish I had better reviews, but this was unacceptable
