Stay away from this company. Pretty sure it’s all a scam. I ordered a Bugatti RC for my nephew before Christmas, it showed up as three mini
RC helicopters… I reach out to them for weeks with no response. Finally they respond well after Christmas is over. This place needs to be shutdown.

I bought this from HobbyTron and it was best purchase ever. Best pricing I’ve seen from online website with best customer service. Received my order at a timely fashion as well. Highly recommend this website to anyone who’s looking to buy toys at a great price and they have a huge selection!

Horrible, just Horrible, i ordered a drone on 12/30/23 it was $79.88 and that was it , i never heard a word from them no email, no drone , nothing!!!!! And i still have not got my $$$ back yet!!!!!! Its been 2 months very bad c ompany

Ordered the RC Firetruck with working water hose. My son opened it up on Christmas and it was broken. Contacted the company. Took over 10 days for a response. Offered me a replacement since it was opened, was happy to take replacement. Wasn't happy I was going to have to pay for shipping to return item. Canceled return and bought my son a firetruck from a different company. Gave 2 stars because the RC Swat car that came with the bundle came and is working. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on customer service alone.

WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. MOST DISHONEST,DISGUSTING UNFAIR COMPANY I EVER CAME ACROSS. I ORDERED THE MIKE TYSON KIT FOR MY SON FOR CHRISTMAS. MY SON WAS SO EXCITED WHEN HE SAW IT. MY HUSBAND TRIED TO SET IT UP FOR HIM BUT COULDN'T BECAUSE IT WAS DEFECTIVE. THE BAG COULD NOT BE INFLATED BECAUSE IT HAS HOLES IN IT THAT WAS MANUFACTURED DEFECTIVE. I DECIDED TO CALL FOR A RELACEMENT BECAUSE THEIR UNFAIR POLICY CLAIMS NO REFUND WHICH I SAID OK NO PROBLEM BECAUSE MY SON REALLY WANTED IT. IT TOOK THEM TWO WEEKS TO GET BACK TO ME ON HOW TO SEND FOR A REPLACEMENT WHICH THEY INFORMED ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING. I SAID OK NO PROBLEM BECAUSE THE KIT WAS $80 INCLUDING $15 FOR SHIPPING SO I ASSUMED MY SHIPPING WOULD BE MAYBE $50 THE MOST. WENT TO SHIP BACK THE PRODUCT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST $108 SO I CALLED THEM BACK LETTING THEM KNOW I WILL NOT BE PAYING THAT AMOUNT TO SHIP BACK AN ITEM THAT THEY SENT TO ME THAT WAS DEFECTIVE AND THEY NEED TO EITHER ARRANGE FOR SHIPPING OR REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY. THEIR CUSTOMER AGENT TOLD ME THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING AND THAT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM. SO I TOLD HER I WILL REPORT THEM TO BBB SHE SAID GO AHEAD. SO I DID WAITING TO HEAR FROM BBB BACK. THIS COMPANY IS BASICALLY SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIRHARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE ONCE YOU PAID FOR THEIR ITEM AND IF IT'S DEFECTIVE YOU ARE THE ONE THAT WILL STILL BE LOSING MONEY NOT THEM. THEY ARE DESPECABLE AND I HOPE NOONE EVER ORDERS FROM THEM AGAIN

I ordered the flying Spiderman toy and the remote broke in a few days, and they told me that because I no longer had the box I was out of luck. Such a tragedy for my little one and it was $80! Terrible customer experience.

DO NOT do business with this company! We bought a car for Christmas for our son and it didn’t work from the beginning. We reached out to the company and they refused to allow us to send it back and would not refund our money! Save yourself the money as they will just take it from you and not stand behind their product!

Ordered R/C Helicopter which came without charger making it useless. Disappointed child on Christmas. They don't answer phones or return emails after numerous attempts. Paid with PayPal so will have to get them involved. After 10 days, got back to me to make right and are sending out new charger

Do not purchase from this company. I am trying to do a return and you have to email them to request a return and they say they don't respond for 8-10 BUSINESS DAYS!?!???!!! That's insane. I hope I get someone to help me.

I purchased a Sonic helicopter from this company it stopped worker after 2 plays. I sent it back they said they could not repair it and sent me a $35 gift card that had an expiration on it. I would not ever do business with this company again
