“112 degrees outside and 3rd trip to the plumbing supply store doesn't make for a great day for my husband. As my husband and I were standing at the counter, sweating and waiting for help, I was thinking that I can only imagine how grouchy the employees must be, working in this warehouse in this heat, with little relief, while we just got out of air-conditioned car. We were greeted by Heather, who was not only knowledgeable, pleasant and personable but had also recognized that my husband was about to blow a gasket and she instantly turned his attitude right around! We had to come up with an alternative to our plumbing problem and she was able to customize a solution that worked like a charm. I hope that Hircsh recognizes what a great employee and asset Heather is. I've used Hirsch over the years and have referred many people, but this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review!”

“I had a really complicated order with weird size bolts and tap kits. I made several trips to this store, and worked with the staff. They were SUPER helpful. they worked with me to figure out all the sizes I needed. Amazing customer service, and they have a lot of hard to find parts!”

“Busy a few people in line to check out but the quick and courteous staff had the line moving. Not a long wait at all.
Lots of odd things I want but don’t need at good prices. With promos and coupons there’s always some good deals.
Their return policy is pretty good too.
