We were able to enjoy a Valentine's Day menu because Greater Pacific extended their special menu a few days and we could not have been happier. The 4 course meal was perfect with every dish exceeding our expectations. Our server, Adriana, was friendly and attentive to our every request. We had to take our dessert upstairs to our room for later because we were so full from our dinner. It was the perfect ending to our amazing day. Will we return, oh heck yes! !!

Sadly several items were still a tad frozen and lacked taste. The croissants, the pumpkin pie we're still frozen in the middle. The plates were all cold and by the time you returned to your chair the food was cold. It's hard to put on a holiday buffet. It would have been better to have a few items in the menu. And serve them well.

Two stars for food, the service was beyond terrible, the place had just a few customers and we had to wait 15 minutes for the bill and at no point in time did any of the employees had urgency to serve. The ambiance is tranquil, clean, specious.

Spent a week in the hotel and came down to try the place out. Didn't see the hours anywhere initially but I asked the front desk.First time, tried the Banana Foster French Toast. It was not too sweet and not to syrupy. The inside was nice and airy. Enjoyed it, just wished I had seen the option to make it a "combo". There seemed to only be one lady working and half the tables were dirty as she ran around. Coffee was okay. BF got crab benedict and he seemed to enjoy it. Potatoes were a bit greasy and not too crispy.Second time, I ordered the lobster omelet. Different lady working that day, came back to tell me they were out of lobster. Asked if I wanted crab instead, I said that was fine. She came back again to tell me they couldn't find the crab, what else did I want. At this point, I wasn't in the mood for anything else but ordered the shrimp omelet. When it came out, it really seemed like the chef just threw it all together so he could leave. Eggs were overcooked and rubbery. The shrimp wasn't too fishy but almost felt undercooked. Needless to say, I did not finish it.Check came and the wrong thing was listed and when I mentioned it, the waitress said she couldn't change the check but she would calculate it with a dollar difference. Everything seemed like such an inconvenience for everybody. She actually gave me the little thermal so I could pour my own coffee which was great so I didn't have to wait for her to come by, like I had to do on my initial visit.The bar area has Happy Hour specials and I came down once and had a mango margarita and it was all syrup. That was enough for me not to want to go back for anything.They have the breakfast buffet but according to the server, it's only on the weekends for $26. Not sure what they serve that could constitute that price, considering the menu sounds like they serve regular breakfast staples, nothing out of the ordinary.

Hot breakfast buffet. Kinda pricey but has all the usual staples of a good breakfast.Happy hour food specials aren’t bad. Wings were excellent. I’m not a huge fan of raw fish but the poke nachos were actually pretty good.

I really want to like this place. Gave it a second try this weekend, but same experience as before. Slow service is the theme. Just feels like there should be note people in the floor. All the waiters and waitresses were working hard but were so busy that diners who had already been seated had to queue up in line at the bar to get service. For me personally, it was for a simple 2 second request that I had to seek out the waiter for. Next to us we overheard the other table quietly expecting similar observations. Really but worth the $60 price tag. I see the business is replying to these reviews so I'd just say, from an outsiders perspective, the place just needs a few more people. Food is decent, atmosphere is relaxed. Place is clean. Everything else is good.

What an outright joke of a restaurant and Hotel in general. Management, if can be found, is lackluster and dismissive at best. Food in the restaurant is just that, food, not good food either. This place needs a revamp in both restaurant/Hotel and management.There are PLENTY of much better options nearby, there is absolutely no reason to go here unless they are offering free stays.

I guess the server wasn't a server, maybe filling in and the “Chef” just careless. Our entrées came three minutes after our first course was served. The server was annoyed by the fact I requested to hold it in the kitchen while we were eating our first course. My entrée was super salty (is it because I sent it back?) I just had two bites out of my whole plate, that didn't even raised the attention of our server. This place is so far behind of what hospitality industry should be.

Review #23 of 2023April 30th visit for brunch.Antonia FTWin!Although the crew was short handed, she did the best she could to attend to us. Her demeanor was cool, calm, and collected despite the hustle and bustle of the brunch crowd. She was also able to handle the crowd well as many of her coworkers called off for that shift...The food was ok for the AYCE price point. Pricewise, I feel like we could have eaten better at another location as the choices at this location were limited. Also certain items were located out of the way as the setup was awkward. This business could use some improvement in the way that the 'buffet' is laid out.

I took my wife, mother, 2 of my aunts and my 3 kids here for mother's day brunch and I have to say it was the worst brunch I have ever been to. All of the food was cold, They had pre made sliders that were sitting out son long that the buns were as hard as a rock! They had a station with rack of lamb and the lamb was extremely under cooked. They had crab legs that were cold, watery and mushy. We couldn't get any of the crab meat out. I'm big on you get what you pay for so I was expecting much more from this mother's day buffet at the $75 per person price. I was embarrassed and I felt like I ruined mother's day for family members. We actually left there and went to another restaurant to eat. I've never been here on a normal to eat but definitely would not recommend this place for brunch.

I loved the options available for breakfast. Me and my family were able to partake in. It is a bit pricey, but it beats having to leave and go anywhere else. The service was superb. They accommodated me by making cali-toast topped with egg Benedict. (My rendition of avocado toast) but they also have a buffet on Saturday-Sunday that my brother did enjoy.

Good breakfast. Buffet was not available but we didn't want it anyways. Our server, Daniel, was very nice. We tried the crab Benedict which was likely canned crab but tasty with the fruit. Hubby had the aegis Benedict with potatoes which were nice and crispy. My Starbucks latte was really good.

Greater Pacific is an ok restaurant in my opinion. It is part of the Hyatts hotel. I felt it is just regular hotel food. For the ambiance and customer service it is definitely a step above. The restaurant is very nice and the customer service is on point.

Adriana was amazing! She took great care of us. My 9 year old son was so grateful for her kindness and great service that he begged me to ask for her name so that he could personally thank her.My name is Liam and Adriana was very kind. Please remember “The sun keeps on shining.”Our only critique would be that the short ribs should have braised longer, they were flavorful but quite tough. Green beans were excellent as was the rich, chocolate cake. Sliders would be great on the dinner menu not just the happy hour menu. Thank you
