I literally just hung up the phone with this company, and I had to take a minute to give them a review in a world where customer service can be lacking. They took the time to give me their best estimate over the phone without brushing me off or rushing me through a few questions. They were completely honest and transparent. As most companies that are worth their weight in gold, they are a little booked up. It's hard to find knowledgeable people that want to work nowadays so they're a little short staffed. Again, I appreciate that honesty and telling me that their wait time is kind of long. With that being said, they even gave me a referral to another company that might be a little quicker. I thought all of that deserves a five star review. Thank you for your time, and I hope to do business with you in the future.

They do not warranty any of their work stay away They gave me a 10 year warranty on my clear coat And would not warrant it before I even drove out the driveway....

Our brand new coach suffered damage as a result of another driver's carelessness. The good news is that we found Elite Coach Works (formally Final Touch Coach Works)! Joel, the owner, came to us to get us an estimate. They did a terrific job of repairing the damage and working with our warranties to resolve any manufacturing issues. Miguel has been wonderful and has been great at insuring that our coach was ready when we need it. We highly recommend Elite Coach Works.

Great job! Extremely professional employees! Great location as well, safe place to take your RV, they don't park it outside in a weird neighborhood, it's either inside or around back, very secure.

Jole and his team take that extra effort to make you feel confident and comfortable.They were more than happy to talk me through the workings of my refrigerator.Now it works great. Beers are Cold!Yet another time where they fixed my slide out and repaired a crunch in the fiberglass. Flawless repair.5 stars

I have taken my 2018 Jayco Greyhawk Class C for maintenance service on two occasions. Miguel the service advisor is very patient in listening to the items needing attention. The work is performed efficiently and the vehicle returned in a timely manner (not like the other local large chain company) when promised.

I tried to get a written estimate to do some paint work on my 2006 Roadtrek van conversion. First Miguel asked if I intended to "shop" this work. He almost refused to talk to me after I told him that if the price was reasonable i simply wanted to proceed.While he was hesitant & was told by Joel, the manager, not to work w/ me, Joel promised that I would have his estimate by that Wednesday. No estimate or communication on Wednesday. I called him on Thursday. Nothing. I called him on that Friday. I was told that they were too busy to talk to me but promised that I would have the estimate by the following Monday. Again, nothing.I called again & finally received my written estimate that next Wednesday.I called Miguel on the following Friday & scheduled my work for April 15th. I understand all body shops are busy so I agreed.Then this past Monday Miguel called & RESCINDED their estimate. Miguel said that Joel refused to honor his estimate. My repair time was then canceled.I am still shocked. I would advise EVERYONE who wants to deal w/ Joel & Miguel to do so very cautiously.

We are from Michigan and received damage to the roof of our 5th wheel travel trailer from a low hanging limb. Through our insurance we were originally booked for the repair at Camping World in Santa Clarita. When we got there we found that they intended to keep our RV for two months to conduct the repair work. That was not an option for us as we were headed home at that point. We went online and saw the great reviews for Elite Coach Works (formally Final Touch Coach Works) and gave them a call. The owner, Joel, was very understanding and stated he knew we were not from the area and needed the repair done quickly. He was booked out approximately three weeks at that point. He rearranged things on their schedule to get us in within two days. They worked very quickly and cooperatively with my insurance company. They gave high attention to detail on repairing the roof and a scratch in the fiberglass front cap, and then took the time to show us everything they had done on the repair to our unit. The work they did was excellent, and their customer service was outstanding. I recommend Elite Coach Works wholeheartedly for any repair you may need to have done.

We've been using Final Touch (now Elite) Coach Works for over a year. Our coach has been in once for collision repairs, twice for warranty work, and once for upgrades. They've upgraded our battery bank, installed solar panels, an inverter, hydraulic jacks, did some rewiring, upgraded seat and bed cushions and that's only the upgrades. They worked directly with the manufacturer (in our case, Thor) to handle all of our warranty work in record time and at no cost to us. We live over 2 hours away, but wouldn't trust our rig with anyone else. Highly recommended!
