“Bought a set of large silicone ear tips by mistake instead of the small to replace the previous ones I had. Quickly realized they were the wrong size due to making my ears hurt after shift. Asked to send back but they said would just send me the small size, no charge. I received them shortly and are much better. Very much appreciated and thought that was good service over all!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean this target was. For being the day after Christmas (Boxing Day) the store was tidy, clean and well staffed. I was very surprised at the holiday section aka clearance area was NOT in disarray or a mess but everything was tidy and organized.The store appeared to be well stocked, the parking lot felt safe. I’ll be back for sure!”

The owner laid out the Amazon return policy in great detail so that I would understand how to proceed.Unfortunately, I had opened the package and tried on the jersey only to realize that the back pockets stretched out too far for comfortable riding .The owner understood my concerns and offered me half of my payment back as compensation for the faulty manufacturing of the jersey.Greatly appreciated this owner's response and willingness to help me out. Most places would have just said no.What a great business!”
