“On Monday 7/22/24 I tried to join T-Mobile with my family from home so I did a credit check over the phone and then the authorization department called me to make sure it was me and the lady I spoke to in the authorization department canceled me. So I called back went through the same process with a different representative and she said that the authorization department was going to call me back and it was the same lady and she canceled me again so the representative got mad that she canceled me again. Then the lady said that you have to go to a store and bring your ID, so I went to the Store in the mall and I am so glad that I did go in person. I was helped by Mayra the manager and I explained my situation that I went through over the phone and how I felt bad the way that lady treated me and Mayra said don’t worry I will take care of you and she treated me with the most respect and very understanding and extremely kind and caring that I felt at home. Then she had to take her lunch and she explained my whole situation to Alexis who took care of my whole order making sure that all my needs for my family phones were taken care of. She was kind and ver knowledgeable and made sure that my whole family was able to switch over and she treated me like I was the most important person in the store that she not only got me the phones I wanted but also made sure that all my rebates were taking care of and she handled my big order with ease they even offered to get me a coffee bring I was there for a long time with Alexis because she took her time to make sure that each phone line was taking care of, in all my life I have never had the kind of customer service that u received from Alexis and Mayra. I am. So happy that I went to the T Mobile store because not only did I receive high quality customer service but my whole order was done correctly thanks to Alexis and Mayra”
“This is our go to store just because of location and convenience, overall we are satisfied and 7/10 times find what we need here. Their fresh fruits / veggie department is almost nonexistent with a really poor selection especially on veggies which I do believe I standard target. The employees here are typically nice enough, we haven't had any real complaints but nor do we run into them often other than at checkout. The lines are well managed but not completely nonexistent. The one big complaint is the isles starting from men's razors and finishing through the makeup section, often times we have seen dirty makeup or shelves with makeup product on it, the men's section sometimes has stuff just kind of scattered about in terms of item stocking but nowhere near as bad as the makeup isles.. it's just gross and extremely unorganized more often than not. I'd recommend this target for sure.”
“I love this apple store in the mall because the workers are very nice the make sure you get what you need and when your finished you can just go shopping.
Last time I was at the mall a lot stores are hiring, I was there like 2 or 3 weeks ago but over all I love I recommend it.”

IF YOU ARE COMING HERE to do anything add lines, get new phones, buy any accessories look for the gentleman with silver hair he will take care of you.”
