I happen to Google luggage near me and found ecWorld Enterprises / World Traveler Luggage. Upon arriving to the location I walked in and was greeted by the friendly staff in the office, who assisted me in purchasing a large suitcase and a carry-on for my trip to Germany, and I must say the pricing was out of this world would definitely recommend visiting them prior to purchasing luggage anywhere else I give them a 10 star.

I was looking for a set of luggage for my vacation and I came across a World Traveler Luggage set. When I searched the internet, I realized that ecWorld Enterprises was in Santa Clarita and this was a local purchase for me. I was able to visit their offices and purchased a great set that was ideal for personal and business travel. They were friendly, fast and very knowledgeable of what I needed. Highly recommend this company.

For those of you who are located in the Santa Clarita Valley or San Fernando Valley area EcWorld imports is the ultimate place to get luggage, home decor and/or accent furniture. And they have good prices too! Thanks for the deal on the 3-pc set! You guys get my stamp of approval!

*I purchased a 4 piece luggage set via Amazon.com on July 26, 2016 in the amount of $203.99 and received the set early August 2016 (seller was ebags/ecWorld Enterprises). *The largest piece TSA lock could not be reset. On October 13, 2016 I spoke to Angel Rubio at ebags.com to request a replacement. I returned the defective piece to the company at my own expense. *I contacted Angel Rubio three times before receiving the replacement just before Thanksgiving (approximately 6 weeks) *After the second time I used the luggage piece, I noticed noted that several spots along the zipper seam area were unraveling (threading popping out). *January 31, 2017 I emailed Angel Rubio notifying of the defects and requested that the piece be repaired or replaced under the 1-year manufacturer warranty. *Between February 1 - 12th I left several unanswered voice mail messages for Angel Rubio. *I finally reached Angel Rubio on February 13 and he advised that I would have to contact the manufacturer directly and that he would provide the contact information. *February 15, 2017 I sent an email alerting Angel Rubio that I was still waiting on the manufacturer contact information. **Please note that I have since learned that ebags.com and ecWorld Enterprises, Inc. is the same company. I called ecWorld Enterprises at 661-705-3333 and asked for Angel Rubio who was available. Angel Rubio is ebags.com contact that gave me the runaround. *February 21, 2017 - sent another email message...still waiting. *February 21, 2017 Angel Rubio sent me an email message that read quote "we will process a replacement order for you tomorrow and send you tracking information." *Again, I let several voice mail messages that went unanswered. Angel Rubio advised by phone that ebags.com will not after all send a replacement because "we replaced it once." When I reminded him that the TSA lock was not my doing, that I returned the brand new unused piece at my own expense and that the luggage should still be covered under the 1-year warranty" he said he would call me back. *Several days later he called me rather early in the morning to advise that I would indeed be receiving a replacement and to again expect to receive tracking information. *Back to unanswered messages and I finally reached him by phone after threatening asking or a Manager and threatening negative reviews. He again reneged on the offer to send a replacement, said he was sorry for the confusion and that there was nothing he could do and there is no one above him for me to talk to etc. *Now here is where it gets even better...Amazon started with the same runaround. On April 6 - I contacted Marge with Amazon.com. I emailed the original invoice, my email correspondence trail and photos of the defect. *Contacted Amazon again on April 24 and May 1st. Each time I was told that an A-Z Claim would be filed. I received an email dated Friday, April 21 from ebags.com stating "We offer one (1) Year Warranty on the Luggage Sets only." *Final insult - email from Amazon on Monday, May 1 at 4:29 pm.... I'm so sorry, but we can't offer any additional insight or action on this matter. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon...signed Ron C. *I will never purchase anything from ebags.com or ecWorld Enterprises...horrible customer service and flat out lies.

We purchased their World Traveler luggage - it is beautiful and is built well. Went to several countries in Europe, and the bags still look great! Highly recommended.

I bought cookie jar found it to be defective. sent it back and they refused to cover the cost. be careful poor customer service.
