Crown Trophy were amazing from start to finish. I needed enamel pins for a specific event out of town and had a hard deadline since I needed to pack them and take them with me. I had a custom design I made on my laptop. I am not a designer and it wasn't in the correct design app, was not the actual colors I wanted, etc. Just a black and white image and they communicated with me and came up with a proof that looked exactly like what I had described to them. They made them and shipped them well within the time I needed them before leaving town for the event. The pins look amazing and the price was great. I highly recommend Crown Trophy.

I felt like I didn't have their full attention when they were taking my order, so I even sent an email to reconfirm the ALL the details. When I went to pick my order up it was created with the wrong material. An engraver was willing to redo it, however I didn't have the extra couple days to wait for that. On a good note: they were kind, and it's a mom and pop store so I may give them another shot in the future. I would recommend writing down your description and maybe draw a mock up to give to them when your order is being taken. They are a mature couple and have a lot on their plates. No pun intended.
