I love/hate this place. It is uncomfortably hot inside the store! It makes me leave to rind AC before Im really done shopping. They have great deals and rotate their stock frequently so always something new to consider, just be prepared to sweat!!

Couldn’t even finish shopping, had to leave everything I picked out and leave because it was so hot inside the store. Like was way too hot! The a/c is not working and makes it miserable inside

I recently had a bad experience with the Ventura store. And left a review. I came to the SCV store where I stay. Came in for an online return the lil girl said they do them but she doesn’t know how, then called a co-worker over to ask her she straight up lied and said they don’t do them. I told her online it says you do and she said well we’re different from our online store. And the other girl told her yeah we do take online returns they just don’t know how. So I said can I talk to the manger she said they weren’t there. So I asked when will they be and she said well the manager is new and doesn’t know how either. long story short none of these ppl know how to do an online return. Which is sad. I don’t blame them I blame upper management and corporate get your employees trained correctly so they can help your customers please.

Been a Charlotte Russe fan since I was 15 in 1996, the styles and quality are great. I visit this one @ least 2x a year usually there after Christmas sale and just before for the fall sale.I heard they shut down for a little while in 2019 but I'm glad they're back, I really enjoy this store's location and can't beat the prices.

Great customer service as I have worked retail for many years how I missed that quality of service you use to get. The girls are extremely helpful came in for an outfit and left with a few. For sure will be back. Customer service was Exceptional !!! Thank you!! ********

My go to store always the best prices and best customer service. The spark done I go in I'm greeted and offered any help and told about new deals. One of the workers Alexandra always comes and tells me exactly how the clothes fit and if I should size down or up on certain products definitely recommend her she's an amazing worker also the other ones very hard working and always restocking on items. If your looking for some good tops I definitely recommend here.

Horrible service. Two associates working when I walked in and didn't bother to greet anyone. Instead they are removing signs from all over the store. Asked for a fitting room and was told it was "CLOSED ALREADY". How is the fitting room closed if your store is still open (keep in mind it was a simple sweat outfit not 20 different things). Never coming back they are just rude and greedy minded people.

I visited this location and a few others located in Santa Clarita, Gilroy, and some in San Diego. Kim Formento the district manager is completely rude. Treats people very poorly. Because of the way he treats employee’s and customers I will not be returning. I will be telling others not to shop at this company. Once being a manager myself I watched how he disregarded his employees and treats them while I shopping for my daughter. I was so appalled and had to ask one of the employees if they were okay. Ive never seen such disrespect from a manager. This company need to think about who they are hiring before they pick upper management. I wanted to email HR about what I witnessed but could not find a contact for HR.

I dropped in yesterday with my daughter she needed several shirts. I noticed there was an employee I asked for her name she said Jackie what a really fantastic outstanding employee! 5 stars... you know why because at the time she was by herself working the register checking out the customers And at the same time tending to the people on the floor who needed a fitting room. This employee Jackie took care of everyone, going out of her way above and beyond to see to it that we were being helped all the while doing so with this beautiful smile on her face! Thank you Jackie! You are just like Tina aka(Kardashian) you girls really know how to work well with your customer base! Thank again. Please recognize greatness as the employees here are the reason why we love shopping at Charlotterusse!

First time in this store! and loved the exper along with the best price point ever... Let me start off by saying the employees here are the best! Very friendly always have smiles on their face super helpful and extremely hard working! Back to school shopping this store was packed... and the store was so clean because the employees are on it! Team work at its finest! Going out if there way to help all customers! I observed a few rude customers speaking towards the employees and the the way they handled the situation... like professionals no attitude, they remained calm and spoke with respect and redirecting the customer to similar item needed which worked out perfectly! 5 Star quality customer service skills are on point! Super sweet and easy to approach! I highly recommend checking out this store because it's got everything you need. This overwhelming positive response is directly related to the whole experience received from awesome customer service received by your employees... All of them! I had them give me their names and I lost the paper... "one young woman whom I call "Kardashian!" She works the floor like no other! The whole staff was just a pleasure to interact with! It's like having a personal shopping experience!! These girls and the fella there... they need to be recognized for giving quality customer service and then some! Because of them and how they keep the store.... Knowing all the inventory on the floor! Or when shipment should arrive with new things letting you know it's just amazing! Thanks to all of "yous!" for being the best of the best of 'em! Thank you for taking such great care of helping my 14 year old daughter find everything she needed when asked! Thank you for pointing out all the other deals and goodies! Management - Upper Management should know this and again give you girls the proper compensation or at least acknowledge how beneficial you all are to the store and the sales that continue to come in! Definitely recommending to friends and family! Outstanding Performance from employees on 2 different occasions! No matter what! Their drive to be the best is always there and is received! Thanks again from one very happy and now loyal customer!

Such an amazing store!! Friendly staff, tons of deals, plenty of inventory and it's located in such a nice mall.Super bummed the CR closest to me is awful because this one is so amazing. Problem for me is it's 1 hour away from me ? so sad! I'll have to attempt a trip here every other month because this store is actually run well.

If I could give a zero I would give a million of them. First experience was so bad, the store was so hectic even though business was slow but steady. One worker was loud and rude to multiple customers both shopping and checking out. I was informed I could EXCHANGE ANY ITEM with my original receipt within 14 days. Went back a few days to do just that, was denied because it was "final sale" all she had to say was "it's always been policy"... ok so then train your staff to know and deliver THAT "policy". Should've just stayed closed.
