“I rent a RAV4 online but last minute I really need a bigger car so they upgrade to a mini van for free no extra charges or hiding fees, good service and very attentive. I do the reservation online and was easy and faster. They don’t have a lot of options but it wasn’t a problem for me. This is my second time renting with Budget in SCV. ??”
