Can't thank Christian enough for making this dream come though. My first brand new car! Definitely recommend coming down and doing business with Christian Herrera and Mario Contreras.

Horrible! Bought a used car on 1/14, it's been a month. One of the very first questions asked when test driving was does the A/C work. It's didn't feel cold like it should but it was an extremely cold windy day. I still ended up purchasing the car, a couple days later before the 5 day warranty ended I mentioned it again and they said well it needs to be replaced then. I went ahead and purchased a new A/C control unit to be installed. I go and get it installed free of charge, UMM HELLO still didn't work they had me send the part back saying it was faulty! Slowly things are falling apart tears in the seat showing up like ok you guys glued that sh*it... I now have a red car symbol with key in it coming on. A MONTH OF HAVING THIS CAR!!! This company just wants the money and will sell you sh*it that don't work and you loose all your hard earned cash. AND HELLO again this is 2024 pricing everywhere is ridiculous!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HONDA LOCATION

SCAMMERS. Bought a set of 4 tires from here last year, they said if it ever gets flat they can patch. Brought it in because of low tire pressure and they said nothing was wrong with it, tire pressure low again the very NEXT DAY! Brought it again and they found a nail this time, said they COULD NOT PATCH! Spoke with Issac who saidI had to buy new tires. Brought it to Costco and they said they CAN PATCH! Costco patched it! Never getting service here again, they are not thorough in checking and just want your money!

My experience with Honda Valencia was fantastic. We were helped by Sanjay, who made the entire process very smooth. He was very accommodating and tentative to our needs. We were very fortunate to know what model of car we wanted and he was able to provide the options available and he was able to explain the differences between each vehicle. Even though the selection of the car became a very easy process, the financing portion took its time. And as it became later in the evening, Sanjay went out and got us pizza, because we were extremely hungry. All in all, great experience, great service, and we appreciate how Sanjay made us feel. If you're at Honda Valencia, please ask for Sanjay. I cannot express the level of stress I did NOT experience.

Used to love this place but it's gone down hill so badly! Took them 3 hours to change my oil. I had an appointment and was quoted 1.5-2 hours. It ended up being 3 and there was NO communication on their part. Highly recommend going somewhere else. An oil change should take an hour tops! Especially with an appointment.

I highly recommend Kenneth Ordona if you want a new Honda. He is very helpful and straight forward with the pricing. In this current car market with dealerships and car salespeople not being straightforward, Kenneth is very honest and I would definitely recommend him if you want a new car!

We had a "breakdown" (literally and figuratively) on the Grapevine Friday, 29 December in our 2013 Honda Pilot Touring. First call was to our service department at Honda of Riverside, Erwin Stein. He advised against driving, and we found the nearest Honda service in Valencia. We were in somewhat of a "dead zone" for a signal, but I was able to get through enough to say we needed an appointment at the Valencia service department. I was assured we would have an appointment when we arrived. Then lost contact. When it became apparent, we would not be able to make it by the time they closed, I called back, was set for 8:00 am 30 Saturday, and lost contact again. First tow could only take us to a "safe zone", Frazier Park. By then I knew we would not be able to make it by the time the service department closed but hoped by the time the dealership closed. The second tow truck driver got us to the dealership just after 8:00 pm. I went in and spoke to a sales rep and asked where we might find a hotel as we had an appointment early the next morning. He kindly told us two areas, but suggested the first location would be safer for us. At 6:01 pm Friday, 29 December, I received a text from Nick Daly, Service Advisor AutoNation Honda, letting me know that when we got there what to do with the car and the keys. I later found out that he sent that before he left the dealership. When we arrived Saturday morning, we met with Nick, were treated as if we were one of their "own" customers and got checked in and his communication with us as we progressed was excellent. Our car was diagnosed, fixed and we were back on the road in 3 hours. We have always contended we "buy" HONDA because of the service we have always received from Riverside Honda and our service advisor, Erwin Stein. AutoNation, Honda Valencia dealership provided a quality of professional service we have always been shown with our "home" service in Riverside and truly what every customer should expect with Honda service. Our deepest appreciation to Nick Daly for the professional and personal manner in which he helped us. BTW, by the time the first breakdown happened until we arrived Friday night at the dealership, was a total of seven hours, two tow trucks and the uncertainty of what to expect. Thank you for making this part of the "adventure" go as smoothly as possible. Thank you to Erwin Stein (Riverside Honda) and Nick Daly AutoNation, Honda, Valencia, for their part to see that we were safely taken care of.

Gave me a good deal and the staff was friendly. The whole experience was pleasant enough for me to recommend them if you need to get a new Honda.

I must say I am deeply concerned with my experience with Honda Auto Nation. I bought a brand new CR-V Hybrid on Wednesday 12/27 and within a few hours of taking it home I received an error message stating there was a break system error and that I needed to take my car into the dealer. I called the dealer the next day and was told they were too busy to look at my car and try again on Friday. I was concerned about timing because I work mornings and then afternoons on Fridays and needed my car for work out of town on Saturday. I specifically asked if I brought my car in around 11am could the problem be solved by 1pm and I was assured that it was probably an electrical issue and would be fixed well before my 1pm deadline that I asked for. On Friday I arrived at 10:45am to get my car looked at. After waiting until about 12:20 I was notified that a pin was missing for the breaks on my brand new vehicle and that I would need to come back the next day because the dealer didn't have a replacement part for my car and that it wasn't safe to drive my vehicle because I only had 20% usage of my breaks. I was patient up until that point and told them "they can do better than that". After pitching a fit, I was able to convince them to take a part off of another vehicle on the lot. At least they were willing to compromise after I was noticeably pissed off. I can't just come in at the dealers convenience and take off work to fix an issue that is entirely their fault. I then had to wait another hour and a half for them to put a tiny pin into my break pedal. I had to pester the manager about the status of my car because I really needed to leave soon or I would be late for an appointment with a client. I ended up leaving at 1:50, but believe if I hadn't been persistent I could have easily been there for another hour. Seriously? I guess since you already got my money customer satisfaction isn't a priority anymore. Not to mention quality control. I'm a bit taken back that something like this wasn't installed correctly in the first place. If I buy a new vehicle and have an issue within a few hours of purchase I shouldn't be told to wait whenever it's convenient then call one person to be told I need to talk to this person and then talk to another person and another person just to be told try again later whenever we can make it work. SMH I can't wait to hear whatever BS you have in the future to get out of any warrantees I paid for when something else goes wrong. This has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

I took in my 2021 Honda pilot Black edition for a recall and was greeted great they explained everything they would do and recommended I do a break flush and fill $150 not bad then they called that the recall was done but that I needed to do a radiator flush and that my reservoir fluid was low so they recommended a flush ect I denied service and that i needed a transmission service too I declined that service as well I later took my car to my neighborhood mechanic and he showed that my coolant was good in the reservoir no need to fill or flush and that I only have 23k miles no need to do anything to transmission fluid why is Honda trying to sell me services my vehicle doesn't need yet now I'm wondering if I needed that brake flush or if they even did anything and just charged me not happy at all I was also promised a car wash and that didn't happen I'll think again about getting service here again

Horrible experience. Took my car in for service 12/27/23 and had brakes in front replaced. Was driving home and heard loose parts under the car and took it back. Saw scratches on bottom of the bumper and the manager Fadi said the splash guard was loose. Car has never had issues, only have changed oil/Service done at home or at Honda Valencia and was not making noises prior to service. Manager said it is impossible they struck the vehicle on road, even though they drove it 2 miles obviously not on dealer lot and that location has a dip at entrance. Manager declined all liability and basically said I was lying, left the dealer with damaged vehicle and horrible taste in mouth. Never coming back here again!

Wow. I don't know what to say about this dealership. I Normally don't do negative things r positive reviews of companies. However, this dealership service will s not great. I had an appointment today to have my audio system checked out on my 24 HRV. I had explained to them that it keeps cutting off from left to right speaker. Told them I have trouble shot the issues being the usb jack on the car. The first great I get from a young man whose name I will not put in my review, didn't say hello, welcome or anything like that. I explained to him the above issues, immediately he explains that I need to use a different cable and have original Apple cables and all this nonsense. I told him that he wasn't listening to anything I said to him. I had already done all of that. He didn't want to take in the car for service. He sounded like I was bothering him on during his work hour. They told me about 2 hours to check the unit. It's been three hours I'm still here and they have not even put the car into a bay to text out the audio port which in my experience would take less than ten to fifteen minutes. I asked the service representative when are they going to test out the unit. What is the status. He said he would go check. Well. Not sure if he went and checked on the car but guess what? Car is still sitting at the parking area not touched at all. Horrible service automation. Maybe your corporate office and owner needs to get a letter from bbb.com to address the ridiculous customer service I have had at their establishment. Never going to come here again.

The keyed door lock on the driver's side of my 2017 Honda CRV was damaged due to a break-in attempt which required the lock cylinder to be replaced. I had read on another website a person being quoted over $600.00 from a Honda dealership to replace the lock cylinder in the driver's door. This price seemed unreasonable to me. I called AutoNation Honda Valencia to get a quote for this same service. Sure enough, I was told the lock cylinder assembly cost just over $100.00. The service to replace it would require about 3 hours labor at a cost of over $500.00. The total was somewhere in the vicinity of $625.00. And this price probably didn't include taxes. Instead of having Honda do the repair, I bought the lock cylinder myself from Honda Valencia's own parts department for $91.65. Because I didn't want to now have to carry around the bulky new key to go with the new cylinder, I brought it to a local locksmith and had it rekeyed to fit the existing key in my key fob. It took about 20 minutes and cost $35.00. The 3 hours of labor I was told it would take for Honda to replace the driver's door lock cylinder took a local auto locksmith about 10 minutes. Cost, $80.00. The only tool he needed to complete this repair was a T-30 Torx driver. The lock now works perfectly. My total cost: $206.65. I'm not sure if Valencia Honda would've rekeyed the new lock cylinder to match the key fob or if they would've just handed me the new keys to go with it. Either way, considerably overpriced at 3 times the cost of what I paid.

Very bad experience with this place. It started off well. I got my tires changed at first and got an alignment at a reasonable price. So cool ...at first. Next got an oil and oil filter changed twice with them. Along with a tire rotation both times. Turns out no one ever replaced my oil filter as it's an aftermarket part and dealerships are legally not allowed to use aftermarket parts because they're under contract....so I got charged twice for an oil filter even though it never got changed...keep in mind almost 10,000 miles of driving....so bad. The second time I changed my oil and filter was on November 3rd and this was also the last day I've gone to them. And the last day I will go unless I have a tire problem since they're under warranty. Now that's not even the biggest issue. I woke up one day and noticed a small coolant leak coming from under my car...took my car in to get checked. They told me it was leaking from the lower radiator hose...cool. $300 to replace it...rip off since the part only cost me $30 and doing the labor myself in the end was free BUT decided to do it at the dealer cuz it's a dealer so what can go wrong lol. Anyways after they replaced the hose I noticed I had no coolant in my reservoir like none whatsoever. So at my second oil change...just oil change, no filter...not to mention they didn't even fill the oil all the way so I'll need an oil change again soon...which I'll be doing on my own. But not the point....Anyways on November 3rd I told them about the no coolant thing and they filled it up...they blamed it on all the work they were doing with the hose. SMH. So about a month later I notice a leak again. Well it turns out they caused the leak because upon changing my hose they bent my radiator...shitty job by people who work at a dealer I guess. So my radiator is leaking and the lower hose is messed up again because they also used very wrong clamps. (I've attached pictures) they used universal clamps which are not meant for radiator car hoses. I've also attached the clamps it's supposed to have. ANYWAYS here I am today right after replacing my own radiator, upper hose, lower hose, radiator cap+hose...also flushed the coolant system the correct way and let the air bubbles come out, refilled, let em come out and so on...Something they also couldn't do. Oh and I also changed my spark plugs ALL for $360 (original Honda parts) which is $60 more than what they charged me for one hose replacement... Very upset about the oil filter thing and the hose obviously. Plus the damage they caused to my radiator...they should take responsibility and reimburse me. Just very upset about the service department here. Not every dealership is the same but this one is horrible. Anyways just another thing I'll be doing myself is my own car repairs. I would have gone there and yelled at them but don't have energy for all that. Just won't bring my car here again. And I'm glad I fixed it myself...I learned something new. I'm a girl and shitty mechanics and dealerships do take advantage so it's good I'm learning this stuff so I can do it on my own. It took about 6 hours and was frustrating at times but oh so worth it. First pics are the bad clamps, next few pics is the damage they caused to my radiator, and last few are how pretty it looked when I was finished. :) Last pic is the old radiator
