I purchased the Summer chair in walnut wood and charcoal upholstery nearly three years ago and it's been a stylish yet comfortable addition to my home office. The chair leg broke last month due to overuse, and I contacted Armen Living to see if they could send me a replacement part - much to my surprise, they sent the chair legs and hardware free of charge as a courtesy. I was really blown away by the customer service that Cassie provided. I'm so happy that I can use my chair again, and though it's not the highest quality piece of furniture I own, I would recommend the brand for those seeking style at a reasonable price.

We've had 4 bar chairs for about 5 years now and they look nice and have held up pretty well. Recently I had a plastic ring around the base, on which the chairs sit, fall apart. This left the chair sitting on sharp metal, which would have scratched the floor. So I contacted Armen and they were very responsive. They ended up shipping me a bunch of extra plastic rings that I can snap on to the bases to replace the one (and any future ones) that fell apart. They didn't even charge me for the pieces or the shipping! I honestly wasn't expecting to be able to find replacement parts, much less get them for free outside of warranty. But they were very quick, helpful, and accommodating for me.

Save your Money and life by not buying anything from Armen living. I had bought 6 chairs and had issues from the get go. First the seat is MDF base and screws will not stick to that and then on one fine day, we are sitting on chair and fell down on the floor as the back wood broke and it happened with couple of chairs. After all this Armen living is not taking responsibility. Very dissapointed.

I recently ordered an outdoor dining set which was about $4000 and once I received the item, it resembled something you would purchase for $500. The quality was beyond disappointing and worst of all, they have horrible customer service. I offered to drive the furniture back to their location so that I don't have to pay another $900 for shipping and I was told they would not accept it from me when they are 10 miles away from my house. DO NOT EVER BUY anything from them. You will be very disappointed.

Had terrific customer service from Armen Living. An item I purchased from Wayfair lost foot pads during a recent move. Called Armen Living and was shocked when the staff helped me identify the specific item so that the correct pads could be sent to me without any charge. The attitude of the staff was ‘I want to help you resolve your problem’ with a very pleasant and positive tone. Would definitely look to purchase products from this company.

I ordered 2 barstools from them through Amazon and they look great. One of the barstools was missing a piece and when I reached out to Customer Service, they were extremely helpful and communicative on sending the replacement part.

They provided such incredible customer service that it took my breath away! My chair arrived with a missing rubber foot, and I emailed the company to request a replacement. They emailed me back 13 minutes later! Then, they shipped the part and emailed me the Fedex tracking number within 26 minutes of my first email! Such a pleasure for a company to be so responsive. Plus, I loved the chair.

I bought the Summer chair in charcoal fabric on Amazon. This chair is absolutely comfortable while at your desk. It is well put together..as if it was made by the elves from Rivendell. It makes you feel as if you are sitting with others from Middle Earth in the Council of Elrond. Everyone from elves, dwarves, people, and hobbits trying to decide what to do with the one ring of power. That is how this chair makes you feel, and what a a good feeling it is while being stuck at home during this pandemic getting work done.
