I recently took my truck to Alpha Off Road, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with the utmost respect. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in my needs. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure they understood exactly what I needed.
They are incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable with the work that needed to be done. Their expertise was evident, and I felt confident leaving my truck in their hands.
They did an exceptional job fixing my truck. They corrected my CV angles, properly fit my 37-inch tires with a 6 inch lift, and replaced my steering rack. My truck drives better than ever. The attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding.
Considering the high quality of service and workmanship, the prices were very reasonable. I felt I received great value for the money

I recommend 4 wheel parts or next door to Big John's.
Dropped my truck off first thing when shop opened and took all day for 2-3hr job.
I'll mention that this appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance with the idea of where this job was going to start.
I got upsold on a part that I felt really wasn't necessary and with the a price comparison for which these parts cost was off to me but he's the expert and if it'll fix it l'll compromise.
By the way with the upsold part it takes the job more than half the time faster to get it done, great right!
3 hours later gives me a call that the part he upsold me on was on was on back order for 5 days and want to reschedule.
If you make an appt out 2wks in advance you'd expect to have it fix within reason.
So we agreed he would work on what was originally requested. Back to 2-3hr job on top of waiting around more than 3hrs
They then took until the end of the day to finish a relatively simple job and it wasn't when they were about to close up shop is when he rushed to get me out of there.
I then get a bunch of excuses on it was the vendors fault for taking forever on delivery and vendors fault for looking at the wrong parts, whatever.
My truck is still not fixed.
At this point I question his INTEGRITY.
Instead of going back which I think was a robbery, I rather take my business elsewhere where.

Quick and seamless.
The guys here are super confident with their work which in return makes me feel confident when I'm out on the dirt.
As an off road enthusiast having that kind of work ethic should already speak for itself.
As i received my truck back from them i immediately tested it out and this shop DELIVERED.
Thanks to the great guys here for the quality work!
Will definitely be a return customer at alpha off road

No work done here yet,but I am impressed how well organized the shop is, I was quoted a price it seem reasonable not over inflated. When talking to personal they sounded very knowledgeable. Their reviews are great as well.

Order a 2002 grille but was damaged. we called them and the gentleman that helped us was very helpful and understanding. He offered to ship one while we wait for the return label. Easy to deal with unlike taco vinyl. customer service 100%

Had Art and his guys put in a 3" lift in my truck, great job looks great very happy with the out come. will be back for anything else my truck needs thanks so much guys. Great work and communication throughout the whole thing. Thanks guys

I was looking on Yelp to find a good automotive place to install the performance brakes I previously purchased for my 4Runner. Initially I planned to install them myself but life issues got in the way. I saw Alpha Off-Road had 5 stars and very great reviews so I thought I'd try them out. I must say all the 5 stars they got from others were well deserved. All the guys there were very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I not only had them do the brake install but also some general maintneance work on my 4Runner. They later also did some suspension work for me as well. Their prices are reasonable and these guys work ethics are great. I'd say Art, Ronnie & James...the guys that make Alpha Off-Road would do a great job on any issue your vehicle may have. Thanks again guys for the work you did for me. DF

Based on their yelp reviews, I decided to take my Bronco to them for a leveling lift. I wasn't sure how it would go, but it ended up being an awesome experience. When I initially called, they were very knowledgeable and patiently walked me through the entire installation. Art was great. He scheduled me for an appointment the next day. When I dropped off the car, James and Ronnie were extremely helpful. They were courteous and processed me quickly so I could get to work. At work, they called and gave me updates of their progress and let me know as soon as it was done. Art invoiced me at a very fair price, and then I was on my way. Art and I have already made plans for future work on the Bronco. I'm so stoked to have found a great shop for my build.
