The gentleman that helped me was very patient and kind. I really am not too up on internet and TV options. He explained things so I could understand. I thank him for being so patient and understanding.

It took three trips to the store trying to get mobile service switched to Xfinity and each time we were told we needed an account number and each time we told them that the other carrier said it was the IMEI number they said it wasn't true. We finally called and the person on the phone knew it was the IMEI and got our service switched without a problem. We did get help inserting our SIM card on the last appointment, which is why I gave them a star. We also had to wait a while for someone to help us even though we had an appointment. Not worth it to make an appointment.

Most of the staff was very nice but the guy who sold the phone and set it up was a little rude to his coworkers. He said the my phone would be $25 per month after my trade in was approved with an additional promotion. The phone wasn’t in stock so he had it shipped to the house. When the phone arrived it was the wrong storage size, but I checked and I was charged for the storage that arrived so I wasn’t too bothered by it. The phone ended up being $50 a month, my trade in was accepted for the full amount but it looks like the promotion wasn’t applied. The only way to get a hold of the store is to go there in person and the help over the phone is not too helpful.

I recently found out I needed to return our boxes from our upgrade that day. I went in after work with my water bottle fully expecting to wait over an hour. Kae checked me in, then said she could help me, and it only took minutes! Now that's what service should be!

We have nothing but issues with this place. We have been through two modems (IN A MONTH) one which just completely stopped working. Then told us that we could call the tech out but it was going to cost us $100 to do so. It doesn’t seem they really care about their customers or problems they have with their equipment or services. This place is awful! I dont recommend them.

Im glad vv finally has our own comcast office. We used to have togo to ff for service. This is way better.

I went in to get a new phone and was helped by raven she made sure I had everything I needed and didn’t try to sell me something that was not worth getting she was a lot of help

Not the friendliest place…but effective. It’s home of overpriced cable and streaming services. Loyalty is a rare commodity these days. No break for long time customers.

Tried to get help was on the phone for an hour. The first agent couldn't help me pay my bill so he got another one on the phone and they were both useless!!!!! Needless to say l couldn't pay my bill on line. I now have to go to one of the Xfiniy store's. With how much they charge for your bill each month l am getting rid of my service. Very unhappy ?

This place is a scam!I was emailed back in July saying I have a $100 credit, I live in low income housing. I was charged $100 service tech fee. They hire people who are not even from America to answer the phones who can’t speak nor do they understand English, i am disputing charges after I was charged way more then what I was supposed to.when I asked about my $100 credit the guy told me it was already deducted because of the tech coming out.$100 for someone who had some come out anyway because of how our building is set up.They won’t let me add my affordable connectivity program discount to start,I’m to the point where I’m just over it, I asked for an itemized bill was told I couldn’t get one. Definitely scammers at this company

Took way to long for basic service. Rep dealing with was like car salesman. Luckily wife was there not to have me go off since. Paying too much for service that is slow or down.
