I did not know we have West Elm outlet in California. I popped in and checked it out. I don’t really need anything in particular for the house right now. And nothing came my way asking me to take it home. These rather ordinary things, hence the sales are quite low (big discounts up to 75 percent off)
If you need furniture, decor, curtains, rug or bedding for the house, I think it is worth checking this store out.

Lots of "scratch and dent". Most of which, I would consider not sellable. The close out stuff is decent, yet still a bit expensive.

Great deals large selection of sofas coffee tablesDining tables rugs beds bedding and curtains. Best section is definitely bedding. Some products damaged but many not. Staff are helpful in helping load car or helping you locate delivery service

Bad service… shocked! First, they said we can’t take the order today 99%, when we scheduled day and time in advance. Then they changed their mind.Other situation, They must prepare paid order for delivery service, put very heavy furniture down on the floor from wherever it is in a store. But when we asked for HELP, (to help put it down on the floor the closet was up on another closet) they said it’s not in the policy to “help”! How is that possible? it’s their job! To prepare order! Just put it down! And we will take it! After a call they said it’s not a problem and immediately helped. With sarcastic comments!!Why?And it’s not friendly at all.

Certainly some deals but use google image to double check the price online. For every one discounted price item I found two that were more expensive than buying from WE’s regular online store and getting free shipping

One star since they won't sell their Christmas decor that is on display. I found the cutest wood trees for 70 % off my mom has been wanting them and I was so excited. First I was told they are for sale but she needed to find someone to get them down then another employee told me they are not for sale. Why would an item in a store be on display but not for sale? Clearly saving them for someone. She told me they wouldn't be selling them until after Christmas lol

Worst. I called to ask about an Anton dresser for my daughter. Spoke to Ashley and her manager. Nope, they could not hold item. They said if I wanted it, I would need to drive and take a look in store. I asked what condition dresser was in and was told, "new, perfect condition". I asked if there was any scratches or damages and she said "no, new condition without any damages". I drove from Healdaburg two hours, four hours round trip to only find WHOLE side of dresser was completely scratched and damaged. Really shitty staff.

Of the outlets in Vacaville, this one is very well organized and still has the fun, clean energy of a flagship West Elm. I visited the weekend after Black Friday and the discounts were major. They had 50% off the listed price. I got an office/ dining chair for under $200.

You can definitely find something from here if you are looking for a high quality and lower price sofa/ottoman. The 1 star is only for this rule and attitude. I don’t understand one of their store’s rules, they asked customer parked their car at the back door, but not allowing customer go through that door even they already parked there. The thing is we parked there to pick up our stuff, but the door closed and we can’t we open it. I run to the front door asked them open the back door to pick up our stuff, at that time, I would prefer go with my stuff and loaded it on my car, but they aren’t allowed me to do that. I have to go all the way round from the front door to the back. Such an inefficient and inconvenient rule, which never consider about customers who already bought stuff and would like to load it on their own car.

The only outlet we actually want to go to in the area. We keep going to the others anyway in hopes they’ll improve but they never do. We don’t always find a deal we like here but when we do it’s pretty significant. Staff has always been helpful unlike at other stores—seriously check the reviews, West Elm must have significantly better hiring or something because it feels like a regular store with associates who are happy you’re getting a deal for cute stuff and not like a bunch of judgey teenagers who think you’re outlet shopping because you’re cheap. Items here are also in better condition—maybe just a ding or a wonky drawer, whereas the stuff at some of the other outlets looks used, dirty, or fully broken. Thank you west elm for being an actual normal outlet store ?
