I had the best experience ever opening an accountant at Wells Fargo yesterday. The customer Service person, Angela Lua was awesome. She took her time to explained everything about the account so I could understand thoroughly. I recommend Wells Fargo and Angela for your banking needs.

Useless. Went in today and used the ATM. The ATM gave me my money but one of the bills was was ripped and missing about a third.I waited in line to talk to the teller about it with the hope of exchanging it. After a long wait while two employees were helping one customer the teller told me that they had nothing to do with the ATM. I would have to send it in but she could give me the phone number to call. Wait. What? Oh and they would credit it to my account. I told her I didn't have an account and she just shrugged.I just paid three dollars to use their machine and now I have to correct the unusable cash the Wells Fargo ATM dispensed. Wow. Good job folks.

I try to avoid this location at all costs. The lady that sits at the small desk at the end is extremely rude. I understand everyone can’t always help with a situation but being in customer service you’d think she could at least tolerate customers.

I've been a Wells Fargo member since 1996. I've never had a WORSE customer service experience than going to this branch. I intentionally use the ATM instead of dealing with the Teller who seems to hate her job. I thought maybe this was a one time deal and she was having a bad day. I literally went out of my way to be extra nice and polite. Good deeds don't go unpunished. Went back a couple weeks later. SAME nasty attitude. Went back recently and had the misfortune of having her assist me. HORRIBLE. I hope Wells Fargo watches the video on how she treats customers. You can't hear her. She mumbles and just comes across RUDE.

Great customer service and convenience on a Saturday afternoon. I really needed to do business with a teller instead of atm. The young lady Zahida (probably not correct spelling) was courteous and professional.

I came to the bank at 445pm on Friday and was told the bank was closed by a teller behind the counter. I asked the hours a s he told me saturday and Sunday until 2pm. It's now Saturday at noon and I was told by a lady teller that they close at noon on weekends. I'm furious for this misinformation and ridiculous hours!! Covid doesn't start at noon! What's the reason for this? I will be closing my account ASAP. Only have one star in order to post review otherwise they get a negative rating from me.

I went to this branch and received great customer service from a young lady but the reason I'm giving them a bad review is because one of the tellers the older lady in the sit down window was very vocal about her political views it's not the time or place to be talking about how big of a Trump supporter you are is this what Wells Fargo represents as a company I don't think so as a financial institution it was very unprofessional we are in the middle of a pandemic and she was also stating how covid is fake and it's stupid we have to use mask I will be escalating this complaint to customer relations

I'm an ex employee of Wells Fargo so I'm very familiar with their policy and procedures.. I have a joint account with my partner and I came in to cash a check payable to him for my niece at the financial center in Alamo.. The check was a county check non wellsfargo that they wanted me to just deposit Long story short I only had a few dollars in that joint account and I wanted to cash it since I have done this multiple times at other financial centers...this was a county check and Wells Fargo has ability to view images even if it's a non wellsfargo check just like any bank can I didn't need an override because of the check was for $1000 & because my relationship with the bank.. my issue with this financial center didn't even try to process my Transaction And they have a ability to feel secure by looking at images similar to this check to accommodate my needs

I'm from out of town and this was the best experience I've EVER had at a Wells Fargo. The manger (a young guy) was super nice and talkative! The two tellers that were there were super helpful as well. No problems cashing and depositing a check, no problems withdrawing! This is sometimes an issue I run across in different towns because we work all over California & I've had arguments with mangers (acting like their doing me a favor!) to straight up refusing to cash checks (which one call to corporate would fix!) Thank you for making a trip to the bank an enjoyable one!

Incompetent, ignorant and definitely impolite; these are the words that best describe Sarah the teller. Her supervisor Luke was knowledgeable and rude. Very good combination for customer service. All I wanted was a cashiers check. They got it right at their third attempt. I guess third time is truly a charm. When I asked Sarah about the signature places at the bottom of the check (Who signs this part?) she told me "I don't know ". Well, I do, the bank officials. I am a professional who is a part of this awesome community and I do believe in training. Sarah needs to be trained. Her supervisor, Luke, just needs to learn to be courteous. And I do hope that they will get the training they need.
