Any time I’ve needed a branch member. For the number of customers, many, there are rarely enough agents. Nonetheless I’ve been a member, since it was CROCKER Bank in San Bernardino, CA. Well Fargo purchased it from a British company. And have I been satisfied since then; 3⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I had a bad experience at the Raley’s branch but went over to browns valley and the the service I received was beyond 5 stars. The branch manager connected me with Erika and she helped me send a wire and reactivate my wire device. Excellent service and completely turned my experience around.
