Asked for an estimate on my iphone XR's camera (glass) replacement.. they said I had to take it to Apple for the repair. Went to "iParts and Phone Repairs" and had it fixed for $70 within hours.

I called ahead to ask if they could repair my phone, before going there. They confirmed that they could after giving them model of phone and repair needed. ( cracked screen ) when i arrived they said they dont repair motorolla phones. So to confirm i called the right place. I told them the name of the company i called and the phone number. They confirmed the information i had was correct but denied ever recieving the call. Blamed it on me, said i must have miss dialed. So according to them i called the wrong numer and i just happened to reach a cell phone repair shop of the same name and number. but it wasnt them! I would give them less than 1 star if possible.

Mike was so nice and after dealing with apple service for a battery replacement and being given the run around...I found my self at batteries + bulbs and got taken care of right away!

I had my iPhone 7s battery replaced. The service was fast and efficient. Additionally they said my screen protector was cracked and ineffective, so they recommended replacement. I felt like I had a brand new phone. Great customer service.
