Electronics/Photo department is one of the one areas staffing is necessary, not just desirable, in order to have locked cases opened or photo orders handed to customers. Waited between 11:00-11:20 today and not a soul in sight. Another associate who walked by suggested staff was on a break and said someone was on their way after making a phone call. I left after the twenty minutes as clearly no one was showing up. Called the customer service line and it just rang without a pick up, no surprise there. You guys can do better.

Got an oil change today I usually go when I can't get in at the dealership! My only concern is not sure if they're really changing the oil but I always check and I always check to see if they put air in my tires, and as always they never do..... why even lie on paperwork saying it's done when it wasn't! So that's why I'm concerned about the oil change. There's no telling what they really be doing

I understand that there are more stolen goods so things get put behind locked glass. But, when you're literally waiting for 30 minutes for the "one" guy with a key to come to unlock the shelf, you're incentivized to NOT even buy anything here. Customer service is horrible. Workers don't even acknowledge that you're waiting when they walk by. Just say, "I don't have the keys!"

I never thought I'd be making a review for Walmart but here it is! I went for some late night grocery shopping and normally they won't have a lot in stock but this time they did and everything was super fresh!!! I went to self check out however I had to get rung up by an employee off to the side since I had alcohol. He was extremely sweet and even rung up my other groceries (which normally they won't) and had another employee help out to make the process quicker. I forgot his name but he was amazing I can't get over it! I wish I could hire him at my job because the customer service was 100% THERE! (10/13/23 checked out at 9:54 :) )

I went to the tire shop as I had a strew in my tire. It was so bad it deflated in less than 5 min. We pulled up and literally there were no other customers or vehicles were there. I walked up and spoke to 2 young techs. I was told there was a 2.5 to 3 hours wait. He stated there were appointments ahead of me. Umm , remember no other vehicles or customers were there. I tried reasoning with him for 10 min. He put air in my tire and gave me names of others shops. This would have taken 10 min to fix. I always at least I used to always have my tires done here. I am done you lost a customer.

Awful place. Never come here. The workers are lazy and don't care when a customer asks for help. Don't think about getting anything from a case, they are just gonna pretend to get someone and go on about their day. They also have the worst produce and I would not waste your time here. Alamo Walmart is better!

To the Indian woman who sits on a stool, never moves, and certainly never says a greeting as we walk into the store via the garden center, please quit. Your face is so unappealing to see on the first step we take into the store, and, correct me if I'm wrong, you should be saying hi, hello, go away ... something as I enter and leave. It hasn't ever happened. You are a greeter and apparently part of the VV Police Department. When I have an item not bagged but placed in my cart, I will never show you a receipt as I leave. Walmart is not a membership-based store.

This store is the best and better than the Fairfield Walmart I'd have to say. Besides, shout-out to the a door greeter named Wheelz. You guys make a really great choice in hiring him as a door greeter because his positivity is contagious despite his disabilities because I had one time in my life where I was complaining about my disability as an individual with autism but Wheelz positively and friendly customer service is such a gem for the Suisun Walmart especially. Please keep him employed. I really like this guy. Highly highly recommend. 100 percent

Poor customer service i ask for the manager because she said my item is non returnable just call the customer service i ask for the number she said i dont know, when i have a barcode and return instructions it clearly state there i can return it and its unopened item,and she said you will be just wasting your time because it will take forever for the manager to come here very rude and obviously does not care about helping customer and laugh about it when she does notknow what to do .whoever is assign there last sunday 3/19 around 6pm didn't get to ask her name and shes not wearing any name badge she called the manager he showed up fast and was happy to help me thanks to him.

No cashiers.. long lines... so elected to do delivery... bad idea... elected to do curb-side.. bad idea.. what is up with this location.. It starts from the Top Down, someone should really clean house in the store management or light the fire under them. Coming from someone who manages dozens of people, you have to have passion in what you do. The employees here mostly seem like they are being tortured to work here. Curb side took almost 15-20 minutes- Delivery- Missing multiple things in my order which I was STILL charged for. Come on.. Billion Dollar business and stealing my $40 bucks- I'd avoid this place at all cost.

I just moved to the area and have been using Walmart delivery services for a year. I have never been missing an item from my previous Walmart orders at other stores. I order on average 20-50 items every week. This store I have been missing over half my order on deliveries multiple times. The time it takes to deal with customer service to itemize it and get a refund is ridiculous. We happened to use the curbside this past weekend as well and waited over 20 minutes to get one item and was not during a rush hour period. Not sure what the issue it but will not be using this service any longer.

Honestly, this store is terrible at customer service. My husband lost his keys and we tried calling the store to ask if anyone turned keys in, no one answered the phone for over an hour, kept picking up and hanging the call up. Beyond annoyed, people obviously don't like helping others. Now we have to drive to the store and see if they've been turned in. And if they weren't, total waste of time. Just pick up the call, see what the customer needs and hang up lol

I'm still done with this location, went in last Saturday to grocery shop, some aisles were wet with water I kept slipping and almost falling on my butt, I told workers to clean it up, I even ask a worker if they had this Indian sauce I needed and they couldn't get to it in the back on a palette when I wanted to make it on Saturday night. I even had to wait for a worker to get a lockbox off of a phone charger cord while I'm checking out I even told him thank you and no welcome. I'm just going to do all my shopping at target for now on. You so lost a customer for good!
