Horrible service. Made an appointment a week in advance and they failed to tell me they don't do this shot in store. Why even bother having the option.

The service is the best it can be with the plexiglass in front so you can't hear anything as well as quite a few people wearing masks. Makes it very difficult to hear anything they say. Walgreens needs to hire more people!

The photo center at this Walgreens has been TERRIBLE for years! They are rude and incompetent when it comes to handling any issue. To be honest, I avoid this place as much as possible. I ordered an 8x10 through the WALGREENS WEBSITE for SAME-DAY PICKUP. I received a confirmation email with an order number. Over 24 hours later, I have not received the "your order is ready for pickup" email. Over 36 hours after submitting my order, I go into the store to see if it's there (sometimes the print is ready but the email hasn't been sent). The employee cannot find the print, he also cannot find the order. "Sometimes this happens," he says. He assists me in resubmitting the picture using the kiosk in store. He was kind enough. My issue is with his "manager," Jose, who thought it was best to blame me for not properly submitting the order online. How was the order not properly submitted when I received a confirmation with an order number?! It's so frustrating that their systems cannot look up an order with an order number. What's the point of the order number? Btw, I've been ordering from Walgreens Photo online for decades, so I'm pretty familiar with how to place an order. I used a Walgreens code for a free 8x10, which was successfully accepted by the Walgreens website online. In the store, Jose tried to charge me again for the same print, which they were only reprinting due to the technical (or user) glitch on their end resulting in me never having received the first print. Apparently, he's so scared of upsetting his boss at the photo center that he didn't want to use his managerial discretion to offer a solution, but chose to blame the customer instead. Great job at showing the much kinder, non-manager employee next to you how NOT to treat a customer.

If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 review I would. Worthless, incompetent and there is NOTHING GOOD I CAN SAY ABOUT this pharmacy-I am lodging a complaint to the Pharmacy Board snd tj the CEO of Walgreens. They aren't all as bad as this one. Napa is great. I'm moving and will then NEVER look back and will not ever use Walgreens again. Just this one prescription my doctor and I have spent a lot of time explaining that it was a prescription I was already taking but was increasing-They said they finally understood only to just find out that they are STILL charging. To top it off I finally got to the pharmacy only to have them finally pick the phone up and hang up. I called again and finally gave up. If you don't mind the long drive Napa Walgreens is great. If not my advice is find another pharmacy other than Walgreens

Terrible pharmacy. Staff needs immediate training . Additionally, protocol for meds despite having a prescription is Byzantine to say the least . Visiting from San Diego and had my doctor send med request to this pharmacy. The first time I came in they said that they had not received it . I called my doc and their admin staff to verdict they sent it only to be told they had . I came back the next day after waiting in a extremely long line . Their pharmacist told me they weren't able to fill my script unless a "local doctor " prescribed it. Crazy this is the first I heard of this and had to call around to see if this was standard. . It is not Standard. Additionally . They said that my insurance did not cover my meds which was also new to me seeing as every pharmacy that accepts my insurance covers it not to mention it says that they accept TRICARE in big bold letters on a sign that I saw while standing in line. She eventually was able to find my insurance coverage through my Social Security number versus my benefits ID number. I was dental about my prescription already been filled and I would have to pay additional money for this out-of-pocket. It had not been filled. The pharmacist and the pharmacy tech were perplexed to say the least. At odds with the whole experience and had wasted over four hours collectively over the last few days waiting for this medication and standing in line I remembered that I could just pay cash and asked to be reimbursed via my insurance company. I liked it to that method and saw that the cash price was extremely high. I asked if they had any good RX cards to which they're responsible was again met with bewilderment and awe. She quoted the high price again I asked once more only to do my due diligence and Google good RX. Once I did that I was met with a friendlier cash price. I will say though there were other companies on that list that had the medication for a lot more affordable cash price substantially more affordable 50% less actually than what the good RX right price was For Walgreens. As somebody who will probably never come back to this location I highly recommend anybody going to this location and dealing with the pharmacy to either call in advance and or opt not to go to this one at all. It is not run well.

By far the absolute worst pharmacy I have been too and I actually went to them for years not just once or twice. If you NEED your medicine to live or for quality of life go anywhere else. You will stand in line for 45 minutes just to be disappointed and leave without your medicine. If you try to call them you will be on hold for 40 just to be disconnected or disappointed. I had surgery recently and needed to refill my pain medication, it has been two weeks and I still don't have it. I changed to Lucky pharmacy 8 years ago but they just closed their doors so everything rolled over to Walgreens automatically, I changed pharmacy's again yesterday. Terrible, Terrible service.

Walgreens needs to update their Pharmacy hrs, especially for people that work, this is my 3rd attempt to get my antibiotics the Dr. thinks I'm already taking. If you are temporary closing your Pharmacy early, you need to be considerate, and kind enough to think of your customers. \\u0026 change your hours both on the site \\u0026 at your store, please think of your customers with respect. Show consideration \\u0026 Kindness. If you say closes at 9 pm but you actually closed at 4pm then let your customers know, without customers you would not be in business. One day is understandable but if this is a temporary prolonged issue, then Freaking say so.

Worst pharmacy everYou think you have auto refills? You don't. Even if they told you the month before the med was on auto refill. You think it's ready to pick up because you got a message from them saying it was?It isn't ready. And they don't know the names of meds.Be prepared for 3 to 4 trips there to get what you need.
