Great customer service, polite and very patient. MJ helped get me the info I needed to get my parents life insurance started. Broke down every little detail for them to understand as English is not their first language and this is all new for them. Very patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend this office and agents.

Anyone who is interested in getting coverage with State Farm in this office I can with confidence say they are the best team I came across. Kaylee has been my go to when I call them in regards of questions that arise or even if I need to make a payment, her professionalism and punctuality has been phenomenal…. Although I couldn’t say the same with my punctuality I can at least know that I’ll get a response in a timely manner. Speaking and working with Kaylee felt personal, I had confidence in her when I was switching over and how she explained to me the changes California has been making in the world of insurance, not once did it ever feel like a one sided conversation nor did it feel like a transaction either. State Farm is blessed to have such an amazing person working for them, there is so much more I can say about Kaylee but I want to keep it short and to the point, I highly recommend her if anyone needs a quote. Kaylee thank you again for being such an awesome friend, I look forward to working with you in the coming future. :)
