I have been coming to this shop for years and have never had any problems until today. A tire that I purchased from them recently went flat yesterday, and I took my car back to the shop to ask about receiving a new one for a discount. Because of some of the reviews on here, I was a bit worried. It took a slight amount of fuss from me, but when I remained patient and calm they agreed to help me out. The guys there explained that it was probably a rim issue, and not a tire issue. He took the time to inspect my tire rim, and identified the leak. He cleaned the rim and replaced the tire. Despite the language barrier, he showed me throughout the process what he was identifying and what he would do next. He did not allow me to pay him, and performed the repair for free.
I highly recommend this shop. As a woman I find it hard to trust mechanics, even though I do most of the work on my car myself. These guys have always been kind and show me the problems that they’ve identified. They’re cheap, honest and surprisingly reliable.

Not recommended
He makes false commitments. He would say the tire is all guaranteed and if anything gonna happen come to me I will replace it for free. But then once you go back to him , he will put the complete blaim on you by saying you must have hit the car somewhere but does not provide the service.

Worst tire shop. Stay away. They will fix temporarily. Again stay away they don’t care for customers. You will start seeing issues soon after fix.

Super helpful and nice! Way better than ez tire on agean and Peabody . This tire shop actually listens to your problems about your tire and has quality used tires! The owner is very helpful and sweet! I will not go anywhere else but here for my tires needs!!! I would give them 100+ stars if I could

RUN AWAY!!! I can sniff a shady business from a mile away. Called asking for a used tire, gave him the size, he said he has it, I said what brand, he said what brand are you looking for, I said no particular brand there are several brands I would buy, then we got caught in the shady question loop of what brand I'm looking for. Avoid this place unless you are extremely desperate!

I called this place, and asked for a specific tire size. I also stated that I prefer a reputable name brand. He insisted his "china-made" tires are just as good, then proceed to ask me if I even have money to pay for the name brand I was asking for. He then rudely said he'll call me back for the availability. He never did, as I expected. Very poor customer service.

Very rude people and terrible customer service. My husband bought a tire from them Monday evening and by Tuesday morning it was flat and wouldn't hold air. They refused to refund or replace the tire. Bought a great tire from a different shop for the same price. DON'T GO HERE idk how they have 4 stars must be fake reviews

Great price, great availability and great service. They gave us a tire rotation for $30 in less than 15 minutes. It was great.
