Although the home pick up and drop off was amazing, whoever changed my air filter broke off the piece of the hose attached and just sent the car back to me.
I would never have known this happened if my husband had not opened my hood the next day.
They didn't unhook the hose before replacing the filter and it broke clean off.

Attention busy moms !!!!!!!!!!!!
Did you know that if you take your car in for service they will give you a shuttle ride home! you don't have to waste your day waiting for your car to be done . My service person was amazing it's like he knew my life is extremely busy. I have a few kids at home and they took it upon themselves to deliver my car back to my house when it was finished. Anybody that has kids knows how extremely hard it is to remove multiple car seats and swap over to another vehicle. You can't put into words the value I received when I brought my car in for service today.

Awesome place! I had a low tire and couldn't find a gas station with a working pump. The employees there checked my tire and aired it up. Free of charge!

Really frustrating, they told me one price over the phone and when my husband went to go pick up the increased it $100, and denied that they had misquote us.

If I could give this center 0 Star, I would. Total rip off. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! SCAMMERS!!!I wanted to change Oil and Diesel filters on my Ram 3500 and went there with my own Oil and Filters. just needed someone to change it. Total Labor on my truck once they started and finished was little over 1 hr. and my bill was $319.45This is insane!!! This is not how business should be done. Honest business is based on repeating customers, not ripping them off with charging triple what would this Oil change costed me anywhere else.DISHONEST STAFF!!!Service: Oil change
