Worst experience with customer service. Techs can’t even put a rock guard under the motor correctly. Other techs can not figure out how to put the correct number of lugs nuts on a vehicle. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemies.

I hit a brake disc that was spinning down the freeway. There was no way to miss it. I stopped into the Vacaville Honda dealership to see if they could check it out for me. They immediately got me in to look at it. Thankfully there was no serious damage. They were friendly and so helpful! I’m very appreciative! More I can continue my vacation with confidence.

Purchased A Vehicle From This Dealer On A One Day Deal. Only To Find Out That Is A Pressure Tactic. A Quoted Out The Door Price Should Be Honored Until The Vehicle Is Sold. Unfortunately Many Dealers Use This Tactic To Get You To Buy The Same Day. Do Not Fall For It As My Family And I Did. Walk Away.

Salesman promised a hard inquiry would NOT show up on my credit score. It been one year since visiting Honda and I’m still trying to get the hard inquire removed. Thanks for the headache and lower credit score. I guess I should’ve known better than to believe something a car salesman said.

highly recommend vacaville Honda! i bought my first car with the help of darek M. he went above and beyond to make sure my experience went smoothly. he was very quick with his responses prior to me coming in, i couldn’t be happier with my car and how it went! thank you darek and glen for the best experience buying a car.

Superb service from Brian Whitney.
In mid-May, 2024 I bought a Honda Hybrid, working w/ Brian. We agreed on a price. He was comfortable w/ my approach; which is '% of Monroney.' That avoided wasting time on non-option items. I also appreciated the store policy of not cramming junk onto the car. By comparison w/ my local market, where a dealer showed the car w/ a $1,300 add-on alarm system, which I could probably replicate for $400, from Amazon.
Anyway, I took Amtrak 2 hours. He picked me up at a nearby station and drove me to the store. Everything was prepared. Zero surprises. The purchase on which we agreed was exactly what I received. Brian also likes and understands cars. Smart guy. No wasted time. I would definitely work again w/ Brian.

Be careful buying from Vacaville Honda they are the highest price dealer in our surrounding area. It's my fault for not researching but it will never happen again

Wish i could give a zero stars ridiculous customer service i went in for my 8am oil change appointment and i was told will be done 10:15 am and that’s what the paper says the one they gave me when i dropped it off then i requested i want a shuttle service the service advisor (Dominic)said you can let the cashier know they will help you with that and he said it will be little bit more time if you take shuttle i was like it’s fine cause i thought it’s cause there shuttle sometimes be out to pick someone else so they can’t pick me up 10am it will little bit after that then guy for shuttle was already out dropping someone off and he came back around 8:35am and dropped me off around 8:50am and then called around 10:15am cause i didn’t get call lady picked up i told her I’m just checking if my car is ready she said let me check then she said it is gonna take another hour and half to two hours i was like i dropped it off at 8am does it take 4 hours for just a oil change then she said I’m not sure thats what ur service advisor(Dominic) told me then i asked her can i talk to him she put me on hold and he got on phone he was like yeah i told you if u take shuttle it is gonna be more time i was like i didn’t expected more time to be 2 more hours he said yeah we do priority to the customers waiting here well you didn’t specifically told me i should wait here and it will be done at 10:15am he said unfortunately the car is not even in yet it will take about 1 hour to hour and half so he was no help then i just told him can u send someone just pick me up then he was like ur car is going in next you don’t want me to send it in i said no i have to get to work just send someone to pick me up after that i picked up my car at 10:45am WITHOUT oil change just wasted my time and not to mention this wasn’t the first time i been to this location and i never had any problem like this before

Sales and Finance staff is amazing!!
Their Service Department, unfortunately, does not put the 'service' in Customer Service. I completely agree with most of the negative comments on here regarding poor experiences with Vacaville Honda's Service Department, resulting in less than a 4 Star Google Rating.
I would not recommend this location. I would highly recommend paying more money and driving a bit further to get a better experience at a different dealership with staff who actually care about their customer.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve been a customer for many years. Always serviced my vehicle here because customer service was always great. However, today was the complete opposite. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am. I dropped off my vehicle at 9 and came back at 12. When I arrived I was handed my keys and was told “ So your vehicle didn’t get serviced and now everyone left for lunch, would you like to schedule another appointment?” They must’ve lost their mind. What type of service is this ? A complete waste of my time. Sadly I won’t be servicing my car here anymore since they can’t take customers serious and simply waste their time.

The best customer service location for my Honda. I will no longer go to Fairfield. EVERYONE was very helpful on the phone and then was told to come in to have a minor issue checked. They took me right away. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. You just won over a new Honda driver.

Just bought a 24 CRV hybrid sport L and Brian was more than helpful with purchasing the new car. The reason for four stars and not five the APR rate was a little high and I'm pretty sure I could have been given lower than 5.9

Don't bring your car in for an oil change in this dealership they will dent your car up and made a claim against them and they will refuse to fix or take responsibility so much for being a loyal customer

Used to come here for every oil change and other maintenance till James lied to me about my AC! He said it needed a recharge and then when I took it he said something about my compressor and evaporator having a leak. James quoted me how much it would cost to fix it (around $4700) ?I get it that is indeed how much it costs but my car did not need any of this because I took it to two different shops and of course James was lying. The repair cost a couple hundred dollars.But to put the cherry on top after I walked out with the $4700 quote two days later a salesman (I believe his name was Josh) called me and left a voicemail asking for a call back. I called back and he wanted to talk to me about buying a new 2023 Honda civic! I mean was this Honda trying to get a sale out of me somehow? Whether it was the repair or a brand new car? I don’t know what a coincidence these two events happened at the same time.Huge disappointment and have not been back ever since!
