The office doesn't open until 9:30 am. How ridiculous is that? Normal business hours are 8 am - 5 pm.

I went there before they opened the counter today. I was very disappointed on the self service. There were no priority boxes. Only the express mail large envelope. They don’t answer the ring or knocks. You can hear them just on the other side of the door ignoring the ring and the knocks. Tried multiple times. I just wanted one of the mail boxes that are supposed to be on self service station. It has the labels where the boxes are supposed to be. Just no boxes. Both my parents retired from the Post Office, they would be dismayed at the lack of customer support this Post Office offers. Why have a self service station if it is not going to be supported?

The main post office in the city. Which they can do better with service. Jen helped me and my husband as best as possible without hands on customer service. She stepped us aside and let us do our thing. Jen remarks weren’t really professional it was very smart remarks. Since she works for government she could get away with it. For, someone that hardly goes to the post office the customer service could be more friendlier. I would say the customer isn’t fully hands on where they would assist you in every step of the way. There definitely room for improvement with friendly customer service. The other reviews are accurate.

Busy post office, especially close to closing time, but employees worked quickly and competently to keep the line moving. My time in line and at the counter was about 10 minutes total.

Very seldom do I wait an (15mins.) unreasonable amount of time for the attention of the people. Also I have always had friendly service. Before going in, stop and think for a minute about YOU working in the USPS. If your patience and attitude going in were better, maybe your experience would be better also. ?

They need help! Two people in customer service. Jen was very nice and I coyld hear the other lady was nice too, but a long line of people an s I saw peiple milling in the back and no one can e up to help. Service is down. They just don't care. I know thinkgs have changed, but peiple still use the post office, so please hire people. We deserve to be helped.
