Busy post office, especially close to closing time, but employees worked quickly and competently to keep the line moving. My time in line and at the counter was about 10 minutes total.

Very seldom do I wait an (15mins.) unreasonable amount of time for the attention of the people. Also I have always had friendly service. Before going in, stop and think for a minute about YOU working in the USPS. If your patience and attitude going in were better, maybe your experience would be better also. ?

Excellent, friendly, competent, and fast customer service. Even at the end of their work day! It was a refreshing experience.
