Rude tellers . I won't be back and to teller who always thinks every dude is interested in her when they're waited on by them. Just an fyi. No interest here. All I expect is to be treated like a normal human being and the way a customer should be treated. That's it..and that hasn't been happening very often. Oh yeah, and BTW, have a good one..

Rude worker with no help. A fee to get money from a cashier check from this bank branch after their bank wouldn't allow my bank to cash the check because of insufficient funds

Out dated branch with very old equipment and setup. Stuffy smells Inside the branch and dust all over the counters. No security at all.

Was sent here to sign papers for heloc. I called 2 hours prior to my appointment and several times as my appt was approaching, and no one would pick up. I would just get disconnected after choosing an option to speak to someone live. I wanted call and reassure everything was ready prior and so I can be prepared for my items.I walk in the there is literally zero customers and 3 tellers doing nothing.Waited 15 mins to find out my paperwork wasn’t even ready to sign and I would have to reschedule. Wasted my Saturday for this 11 o clock apt.No need to respond about concerns. Just letting people know what to expect, seems to new trend here anyways

This is the only US Bank in Vacaville, the other one is in Fairfield 8 miles away.What will take to make you replace the ATM machine outside the bank.It is embarrassing, a lot of times it does not work and when it works it takes so much time for the transitions! It is so old! Come on! Shame!I am seriously thinking to close my account. Travis CU, a smaller bank compare to you can do much better #USBank #Vacaville

This is my husband's bank. We do have our own individual banks. I do use this for our joint safe deposit box, which my bank does not have.

Very unprofessional they tell you they will clear a check in 2 days to get you to deposit it then hold it for 7 days then tell you well that's our policy extremely rude acted like it's my fault for not knowing there policy even though I deposited 3 checks from this same company with no issues I will be calling Wells fargo

The staff is great but Bank maintenance is terrible. At over five dollars a gallon for gas you drive down to make a 2000.00 dollar cash deposit and you get turned down. Equipment down, is reason given which in this day and age they are behind or should CLOSE branch. To drive down there and be turned away during their business hours is disappointing.

Seriously thinking about changing banks after more than 25 years as a customer. I gave a 2-star (rather than a 1-star) review because most of the employees I've interacted with over the years have been kind, helpful and competent. This review comes in the wake of yet another out-of-service ATM experience. I am not exaggerating when I say that up to half the times I try to use the ATM at this location, it's out of service! Can somebody please get it together and make sure the freaking ATM is working, especially during non-business hours? It forces me to drive to another bank, get money, call and request the $3 fee gets reversed (just for the principle of it), and it's flat out ridiculous that it happens so often. Geez...

This bank is HORRIBLE! Customer service is beyond rude. My mother has been banking here for over 20 years and felt completely discriminated today while at this branch. Tellers would not let her withdraw any money and told her to call customer service, which we did they had no idea to what the problem was account was in good standing. Recommended we visit another branch which we did, no problems and smooth transaction. ( thanks fairfield branch - did i mention they greet you with a smile! ) This branch needs major training asap!
