Good customer service, the person that helped us greeted us with a nice smile, and made sure to be nice and friendly. He made sure everything was Correct, then had us double check it. That was good because it helped with us being able to look over it. He was also kind by directing us to the Amazon return terminal. They were also somewhat organized. They also kept the line going at a good speed which was helpful

I had no problems with the service, they just didn't tell me that apart from paying for my shipping, they were also going to charge me at the time of delivery, so the shipping costs are very high and they still come with more charges.I return to the store and there they can't do anything, they give me a phone number where the solution they gave me was that I had to pay or they will keep my package or it will be lost and if I request it again you have to pay to send it. I wouldn't care if it wasn't so much but they are charging me $2900 to deliver the package on top of what I paid to ship it, it's an exaggeration and theft.

I have always had great customer service at this Store location. I had 1 gentleman try to tell me I needed a box and the item in it. I explained to him I pay for Amazone Prime, so I do not need to do anything except bring in the item and the QR code to scan and return. No box is required of me or packing, but I always pack it back up exactly how I received it to make it easier on them. No need to waste boxes and bags when they come with them. I get my receipt after they scan my return code off my phone and all is good. My total time in store is usually no more than 5 to 10 minutes. Thanks for you service.

There was a guy here has always been very nice helping customers every time I came by, 5⭐️for him. However today he’s not there, one of the tall skinny lady was at the counter was so rude and attitude! I ended leaving the store instead of waiting for her help!

I dont know if the heavy set lady is the manager or what but shes the laziest worker of them all. I go by at 8:30am to drop off packages she was still sleeping moving slower than a slug with a line out the door. She’s getting full time hours thats why shes there that early but working slow and not giving customers a good experience, wish I could give 0 stars.

They are always friendly and helpful whenever I am shipping an Amazon return. The place is a bit small, so it get a little crowded when they get busy. They also have a notary public on site. I suggest calling first before heading to the store. We did not know that They only have 1 person who does notary, so we wasted 2 trips, 1 due to her leaving at 4pm and 2 she does take a lunch. It's not her fault but I wish I called first to confirm that notary was there.

It you're returning an Amazon packages do not I say do not come to This store . I purchased 2 shirts from Amazon and came with a plastic bag . Well they won't take it unless you purchase their bags for $1.99 and we're rude . Please save yourself time and return them to the Kohl's store they will take it with out a bag and not charge you $1.99 each . What a con artist place

The worst service I have came across. Extremely disrespectful staff and was laughing at me and others for no reason. The hideous blond and other fat woman with the ugly face and long fake nails should be fired. I will never return to this location and will speak to a store manager at once about their wrong doing and unprofessional service. Its the two woman who work on a Thursday, except the woman with the glasses. She was professional and courteous.

If efficiency is what you want, this store will provide that and I always trust them to get my packages to their destination. But if it's a smile and friendly interaction you want in addition to that, definitely visit the UPS store on Harbison. They make you feel like they appreciate your business!
