God forbid a government office is open for more than 6 hours in a day. Ive had nothing but issues with my mail since moving to vacaville. Only reason I gave two stars is because the workers are decently friendly.

Clerk Marco was great! Professional and courteous! The pandemic might have contributed to some these negative comments go back from 4 mths to a year. Probably a bad clerk who bidded off to another station.

If I only had another choice. They have lost my mail more than once so I had to issue stop payments and I had to pay UPS to overnight checks/money orders in order to make payments on time. Hate their holier than thou attitude

Asked for an adhesive slip for my package because 3 times before they gave it to me. Not the case this time. Totally ok. Totally not ok with the attitude that came with it. Helen was not a nice person.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The blonde lady was so disrespectful right when I walked in and yelled at me infront of other people to wait outside. She said “if there isn’t money involved wait outside”. I work customer service and to experience this at a post office is unacceptable. Please hire new people who are willing to help customers and not yell at them. More people like the older man who helped me outside and apologized for the woman. If there are many complaints about the ladies working there why hasn’t there been something done? Vacaville you can do better!

Pretty much always rude, short, curt. Like they got that sweet government job they can't get fired from, so why go out of their way to be nice? Have lost my mail more than once and often delivers mail very late. Cannot count on these people. They just don't care.

I try to avoid this location if I can because the people up front are very unfriendly! I am however very happy with my postman Ron and wish I could find out how he is! My mother and I are worried about him !!!!! Feel better brother and get back to us soon!!!!!

I never thought I could have such poor customer service, even at a federal agency. Specifically the front desk customer service ladies. Rude is an understatement. They are almost always terribly inconvenienced by anyone’s presence inside. We have had some mail issues, partly the fault of our own, but good luck trying to fix an issue. There is an “it is what it is” attitude, instead of a “let me see if I can help you” attitude. I wish I could have nail delivered at my home, so I didn’t have to ever go to this facility again.
