Wow these people are completely useless. I did a package pick up request, got confirmation that they picked up the package in my mailbox and they never scanned it. Tracking never updated, still says "label created" and its been 2 weeks. Completely lost my package. Went inside this location, they said there's nothing to do and to only drop packages off at their location. I had another package to send out, came to this location, and it was only going an hour away to sacramento. Where did it go?? Washington dc!!!!! Make it make sense!!!! Again, went inside, the lady says "nothing we can do". Take some effing accountability!! This is unacceptable!! Starting claims have become pointless, they never reach out with a resolution!

Had a bad experience with an older woman who works there.Horrible attitude and not very helpful. It felt like a burden to send off some gifts.

One of the ladies that works here is probably the least helpful government employee I've ever come across. She was rude and then while there was a line out the door she left 1 person at the front by himself during a peak mid day rush. I know her name but out of respect for my elders I won't put it here. I will highlight Jonathan who was outstanding.

God forbid a government office is open for more than 6 hours in a day. Ive had nothing but issues with my mail since moving to vacaville. Only reason I gave two stars is because the workers are decently friendly.

Clerk Marco was great! Professional and courteous! The pandemic might have contributed to some these negative comments go back from 4 mths to a year. Probably a bad clerk who bidded off to another station.

If I only had another choice. They have lost my mail more than once so I had to issue stop payments and I had to pay UPS to overnight checks/money orders in order to make payments on time. Hate their holier than thou attitude
