My Toyota tundra lost a starter so I had it towed to the dealership and I received a call today that they will not work on my truck because of the mileage and not having a service record with them. Wow bad business practice. It's funny that I drove by the dealership and they were working on a tundra older than mine.

This place is a dump. deceitful and dishonest THEY ordered me a wrong part and made me pay for it. $200.00 !! I opened the box in front of them, realized THEIR mistake, and asked for a refund. They refused to pay me back for their mistake. I suggest everyone should go to Fairfield for their Toyota Needs.
