The manager Rica is fantastic!!!!!! I was having a hard time getting my husband the perfect pair of sunglasses and she really made it easier on me and I appreciate her kindness and effort!!!

I visited Tilly’s yesterday with my daughter. Fir the sole purpose of buying g thing for her birthday. Within 5-6 min of browsing at graphic T shirts .. we were approached by two different sales representatives. I would usually brush things like that off being a person of color however, I witnessed other people being able to enter and shop freely. Elana, one of the sales representatives and also the second person to approach my daughter, and I asked if we needed help and then hovered around us, pretending to straighten up clothes. By this time I’m starting to get pissed off. Let me remind you that we were steel not even made store range. We could not even look and browse the store comfortably without being profile from the time we’ve entered the store. My daughter saw a pair of pants and a T-shirt that she want it in our little section that we were confine to. I purchased the items, but it didn’t sit right with me. As a matter fact, it was the principle. I even stated a couple of times in front of the sales person Elana.. that I did not like the way we are made to feel when shopping in the store. Not one time did she acknowledge. As I drove home, I was overcome with emotion, and got pissed off all over again. One thing that I am big on as principal and I refuse to give my money to a store/company that do not want people that look like me shopping there. It was also a teaching moment for my daughter who has autism to not except things like this.I took the clothes back immediately. The manager did the return and stated that the sales representative went to her when we left stating that she thinks she pissed a customer off. The manager a young Filipino woman was apologetic, however, was also trying to minimize my experience as the customer. She continually stated that she tried to teach the employees to read body language. Needless to say this is all so unfortunate and very substandard. I will not or should. I say we will not visit the store ever again.Being profiled upon entry of a department store is something that is what one of color is used to, however will not be tolerated. Corporate will be notified.

Tillys has some really great stuff but this location honestly sucks. The people working here can be a hit or miss. Came in on one occasion and heard them speaking rudely about some customers over their headsets to each other which I thought was really unprofessional. Came in the store about a week later with some family to do a return and walked to the shoe section and overheard one worker who was short and with short curly hair speaking to another worker who was tall and had curly hair and a blue and red baseball cap and a white hoodie, saying some inappropriate comments on the family I walked in with who walked out of the store before me. First of all the workers should not be talking so negatively about customers who haven't even done anything to them and second of all these employees made me feel on both occasions that I've walked in as if I was going to steal something. They obviously lack in their customer service skills and common courtesy skills in treating other human beings, if they feel the need to speak so negatively on strangers. This Tillys location obviously does not care about a customers experience here because both occasions I've been there has been negative. I've worked in customer service and I've never treated an customer so poorly. I'll be avoiding this Tillys location from now on.

Get you Tilly's on. A multitude of gear is awaiting your gaze even if you are here to browse. Checkout everything from Champion, RCVA and Santa Cruz shirts and paraphernalia. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and very engaging, they ask every time we go in if we need assistance.

Rica so called manager was very RUDE. My nephew was looking at the toys while we were purchasing a few items. She snatched the toy from my nephew hand claiming that he was going to steal it he is 5 YEARS OLD. His mother was going to purchase the toy but since that happen she obviously left it.

I love the merchandise and all of the nice skater gear they have! i just have two complaints. 1. The Cashier that rung me up "Salesperson: House Account No.66" came off as rude and unenthusiastic about her job and she gave off a negative vibe. 2. When i left the store i was walking along the walk way and i noticed i was being followed by an associate all the way until i passed Best Buy The person was a caucasian female with a blue shirt and she had her walkie talkie earpiece in her ear. At that point i felt extremely uncomfortable and im debating on shopping there just because of this incident. I work as a Sales Associate at a store in "The Vacaville Premium Outlet's" and i know that is not the way to treat a costomer and i am disappointed with Tillys. I love shopping there for all my wardrobe needs but i am not feeling their employees.

We love shopping at a Tilly's. Great style, service and clothing. They have lots of sizes in jeans/pants so if you're looking for anything big to small you'll find it here. Their clothes are very well made, lasts through several washes and no holes, pilling, or stretching. Great accessories too. The shoe selection is small but top notch and you'll find the latest styles and fashion here. Awesome selection of backpacks too. Highly recommend Tilly's. A+.

Great selection but prices are a bit much. Seems like you should get more for your buck. But they have everything if you do need It.
